I’ve gone there Wednesday Thursday and Friday. All I needed was a new card. I’ve waited my whole lunch break each time just for them to tell me it’s not working. There’s no sign saying it’s not working or anything. Customer service was terrible. The teller was not paying attention and let two people go ahead of me. I didn’t say anything because they were elderly but this is the worse service I’ve ever got at a bank. And I work at a bank.

Most of the people there are helpful. There’s this one guy there who refuses to be helpful so be on the lookout for that. Again most of the ladies there are great with issues, this one man however is reluctant to be of assistance.He might be allergic to being useful.

Is this place a bank or a tow company? Because they spend a majority of the day just towing cars out of their parking lot instead of doing actual bank business. Justin I think is the manager is a joke, this bank went way down after Clayton left, he was great and really understood what being a neighborhood bank really meant. Not the group of grumpy individuals they have in there now. Everyone is just miserable and either avoids eye contact when you enter so they don’t have to help you or looks annoyed if they accidentally do. Honestly I’m just waiting for the day when someone just goes off on them for being overly rude or towing their car while they are in the bank. Once it became clear they want nothing to do with neighborhood people I took my banking business elsewhere and it’s for the best. Avoid at least this branch at all costs.

TD bank continues to adapt and evolve in these rapidly changing times which I love to see. The employees at this location are some of the most sincere and kind people I have ever come across in a branch setting.

Waited 10 minutes and then the one teller working said she was leaving. Took 5 minutes for a new teller to come. Then the teller wouldn’t get me a new debit card or review a fee that I had gotten because the line was so long. Seriously considering closing my account.

Holly quickly walked through all the information on the new account to make sure it was correct. She got the new card set up, helped check that it worked at the atm and made sure the mobile deposit worked too. Even the check used to test the mobile deposit and atm deposit was fun and silly.

The distance of TD Bank ATMs that are full service is regrettable. Since I review places based on handicap accessibility, I can say that this is definitely a bank where we handicapped and mobility-impaired can easily do their banking. But having to drive 15 minutes in Boston just to be able to deposit cash is so wrong, and the ones that have ATMs in the Walgreens are not full service, you can only withdraw money.
