This was the location I opened an account at. I used to like this place because it wasn't too far from my job. However, I have grown to dislike this particular location. What I dislike is not being able to use the ATM inside after hours. Instead, security will usher you towards using the one located outside the building. They can tell you why you can't use the ATM inside either. I'm not always comfortable using the one outside with so much crime happening in downtown crossing so I either have to come during my lunch break to my banking or I'm forced to go elsewhere. Which is disappointing.

Not good. I would have to leave this bank that was because since around 2020 every time when used the ATM machine, there always a little mark under the screen like "not welcome person", "stranger", or some like that.Felt so uncomfortable that this bank might get issue out there and as customers, we won't be able to know.People who opened bank accounts with them may want to know more and make decisions to either take the money out for minimum working with them or leave there for best experiences.Horrible...

Customer service agent mailed my checks to an address I haven't lived at in years. My new address was already in the TD system but she failed to confirm that information when she submitted the order. If i hadn't put tracking on my checks, my money would have been completely stolen from me and possibly my identity. My account was compromised, and the fraud dept suggested I close it. I had no access to my money until I ran to a TD branch on my lunch break and opened a brand new account. Very reckless mistake which almost cost me my livelihood.

This was a surprisingly good experience compared to other branches. Brian and Rochelle were very patient and friendly. They listened to what I needed and took care of everything in a timely manner. The app is generally pretty good, but every now and then you need to do some deposits in person.

Manager condescendingly told me to leave as i tried to use the atm. The door was unlocked, im about to put my atm card in, and they run over to tell me to leave... Running to stop me from using an ATM?

TD Bank took money that was being donated to the Trucker’s in Canada and froze it!!! This money is not TD’s Bank’s money!!! This money was going to the mouths of children!!! Shame on TD Bank!!!! This is a Marxist Bank!!!

Brian was very helpful. The other guy helped too. They got me a credit card and printed me a new debit card too. Also, I got free cookies, lol.But seriously. Brian made sure I had time to read the terms and conditions. Explained the fee percents and that it costs more to use the credit card at an atm. Nice guy.Did I need a credit card? It’s been in the bottom third of my To Do list. So now I’ve got one (it’s the 2% deal). It’s all good. I’m not sure I’ll use it much, but hey, intro promo is good. And I can always use a miscellaneous expenses card at 2% cash back.

Some weird girl by the name of Murcia flirting with my boyfriend right under my nose. I didn't mind because he is very handsome but what I did mind was her asking for his personal information as we were leaving. What's his name? None of your business. Please fire this type of behavior and breach of privacy is not tolerable especially for a telling manager

Horrible, horrible customer service! No tellers ever working and long lines! Can't make simple deposits or anything else for that matter because you can't park outside without getting a parking ticket. Funny, funny bank. Please stay away from the Boylston st branch it's the worst

excellent service. I walked in and inquired about the tax form, there's a rep helping others but he still came by to ask me and kindly asked me to wait until he finished.The front desk and anther rep asked me on their own after several mins. efficiently and helpful. recommend to be there.

Cotey Collins should be considered for promotion. Incredible customer service! Cotey prepared all the documents that we needed for closing ahead of time so we don't have to wait in line. Bringing 'convenient bank' to the next level!
