Nasty nasty people. I don’t understand how people like these can be in the medical field. I will be filing a report to the city. These people at the pharmacy was being very unprofessional and rude to elderly who’s trying to pick up their prescriptions.

Don't worry if you don't speak Chinese,they speak English too. Family owned,clean business to pickup prescriptions and convenience store items. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Old lady got mad at us for using the wrong paper. She was super rude and decided to make us wait 30 minutes she realized we had food on us and we had to make sure our parking time would not run out so we decided to leave. I think she regretted it and told us we could sit down and eat and she tried to be nice when we said we were going to leave pointing out to my mom and saying "oh you and your brother are twins". MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TAKE THE WRONG PAPER!!! OR YOU WILL WAIT 30 minutes for medicine. Even if we actually had to wait 30 min she was super rude and kept repeating "oh you had to take MY paper". Plus If you aren't Chinese like me I doubt any of em speak English.

There's a great little neighborhood asian pharmacy in Chinatown. It's like stepping back 15/20 years when everyone had a neighborhood pharmacy. The pharmacy is. With cold drinks snacks and water. They also have fresh coffee and tea. The pharmacy is at the back and seems to be extremely professional. Great to see your neighborhood pharmacy surviving.

I got my keys copied here for $1.50 each including tax! The cheapest option I've seen ever. The guy who copied my keys was really nice and even matched the key color and type to the original and color coded the keys so I knew which ones were which. The store itself is newly remodeled and super clean and has most things you'd need to buy at a convenience store. Will definitely be coming here often for all my needs! Support the small businesses! This place is better than CVS :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only thing I like there is how fast the line can go. The reason for the low rating is because of how rude they are. I know they are busy, but when scripts are being drop off, they just took it and only tells you when it's ready. If you have question or extra instruction due to the doctor, they will ignore it. Most of all, there is no privacy and it's definitely not confidential. When a tech/cashier is helping you another customer will be RIGHT NEXT to you (literally) waiting to get help at the desk. Or they wil cut you in line. When the tech/cashier notice that, instead of asking them to move back or take them to a different register, they just start to help them there. They ignore us, who's been in line waiting patiently. When they are confirming our personally information making sure it's the correct person getting the prescription. Someone will always be NEXT TO YOU OR INSIDE YOUR BUBBLE listening to you confirming your date of birth and your address. When there's mandatory consult, THERE'S ALWAYS SOMEONE NEXT TO YOU LISTENING OR YOU LISTENING TO ANOTHER PERSON consulting. I really don't understand the confidentiality of this place.
