Danielle Santos at the T-Mobile store on Washington st in Brighton, Oak Square area is unbelievable. She was incredibly patient, helpful and did not make me self conscious about asking for some basic help. She was amazing and I will use this store because of her good customer service. Barbara B

I with T-Mobile since day one back to the early years of 20s, I'm very loyalty customers till now, with in this year I got so many problems with T-Mobile, they been charging me like crazy, I had to phone in almost every month fight for my bills, I go out of the states a lots, every times my come back my phone bills when up, I had to phone in every times to getting my bill corrected, each times over a hour on the phones, my patience running out so I had to left and try difference company, after I had cancelled my service with T-Mobile they still charge me for two months over auto pay, I phone in about this matter, they ask my PIN number, I told them after I cancelled and I don't remember my pin number any more and they said they can't do anything, I end up just paying for it and I went down to my bank told them to stop T-Mobile talking out money from my bank account, after 3 months later I still getting a bill from them said I owned them $150 for the equipment I used, I phone in again and went down to T-Mobile store and explain to them, I never had any equipment from T-Mobile, I owned my phone and it's all paid for and all those years I always owned my phones, my phone it's belonged to me, and I told them if I rent any things from T-Mobile I should had some kind a contract in writing, I want to see that, and they said they will taking care of that, and now today another month went by I still getting a invoice in the mail said I owned them $150. I want to tell them FUCK them, after all that and they still didn't get that shits straight out. This company growing too big and now it's out of control, sorry I had to written this out of my chest. Should be zero star for them

Went to this location today and couldn’t have had a better experience. Javi helped my fiancé and I get on our new phone plan as well as set up our we phones, put on screen protectors and got us all set up. He went above and beyond for his customers and we couldn’t be more appreciative! T-mobile should keep him in mind for Christmas bonuses!!! Thanks Javi!

It's the worst store i have ever visited. When i go to that store staff was sleeping on couch and when i asked for help they told me to contact customer care. I would suggest T-Mobile to stop this type of store and work on service. Moreover, they charged me extra dollars for sim card. Make sure you check you staff members behavior and work on them or else stop the store

Sabrina was great! She helped me switch from Verizon to T-Mobile. It was a somewhat complicated process because Verizon kept glitching when trying to get me transfer pin. She gave me all the info I needed. ... Her trainee and manager were helpful too.

bad service, I usually bought two phones in this store and I went today to buy one for a gift and they told me that they don't sell phones after 7 because they weren't going to help me transfer my information from one phone to another and I told them that I was not going to transfer anything that I wanted a new one and she told me that I had to open an account to be able to buy one that they would not sell it to me and that the employees who sold phones without having an account had already been fired, and that if I opened one account I was going to have to pay 90 dollars for each line I had, I have two phones added to my line and I was going to add a new one to have three numbers on my line and she told me that with the line I had they would not sell me a phone. I have a T-Mobile line I pay 85 dollars a month, very bad service I will never go to buy phones in that store

Nelfi Morales was very helpful. He made my experience easygoing and quick! He accommodated anything I needed reassurances about when it came to the devices I had purchased. Couldn’t have asked for a better service experience.

After going to and calling several locations this one said they had the pixel pro 7. I waited a decent while on the phone and then Angelina came back and said they had it and told her I was coming. When I arrived, the phone was no longer in stock. "Someone must have sold it". The Cambridge side mall location didn't have the phone. The Brookline location just didn't know what I was talking about or how to order it. And now this location, presumably, misled me. I've never experienced this before. I have always had a phone held for me when I called ahead, especially since I'm a 0 down magenta max... Pretty disappointing. The fourth store didn't answer. I called a Verizon, just to see... In stock in all colors... Fascinating.

The gentleman that assisted me did so by greeting me immediately upon entry, allowed me to tell him of my issues which he then got to it by locating my replacement phone that was shipped to the store; then politely yet confidently told me approx. how long to transfer info, settings etc and so we began the journey of an overall good experience! As I'd arrived not too long after the stores opening there weren't any other in store customers at the time. Therefore I'm guessing that's why the other 2 store associates were comfortable sitting enjoying coffee together one of them the store manager. As the morning went on a family of customers came in- funny thing the young man helping me in the kindest way possible excuses himself (downloads still happening in my phone) and tells me, to go assist the newcomers. Don't even ask- the answer is yes the other 2 employees are in the store not much interested. A 3rd family comes in, so what I gather is customers like this young man, relate to him because he is efficient, kind and caring. I gathered that the woman not the store manager could possibly be newer to the store but who knows. What I do know is KUDOS to this young man for being such a stand up person, resilient, kind and efficient. Thank you for making our experience a decent one.
