I have been coming for about two years now and I love it here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Restorative is by far my favorite! Super relaxing and really helps you connect with your mind and body.

I was Interested in joining a class because it looked so fun. I’d say I’m a beginner trying to build up my endurance and thought that this would be perfect. I was able to book for Sunday 02/25th. I was a little nervous but still excited so I asked my sister in law to join me. We were so excited leading up to the day. When we first walked in there was no one to greet us. The class started at 9am and we were there at 8:30am. About 10 minutes later a woman runs in and asked if she could help. I was thankful she asked because it was our first time and I had questions. I responded by informing her that we were both new and needed to sign in. She said ok let me get your name. I must have told her my name 5-6 times and even spelled it but it was almost like she was purposefully trying to screw my name up. I eventually showed her my reservation on the app (Class Pass). She looked me on her computer and I seen her pull up my reservation with my first and last name and date/time but she turned to me and said “No I don’t have you in the system” I showed her my reservation through the app and she dismissed it saying there was nothing she could do because it was booked by third party. My sister in-law then asked if she could look her up. I glanced over at the screen again and seen that she pulled her up but then said she didn’t see a reservation. Others started to come in to start the class. It was too embarrassing to try and confront her about what I had witnessed so I just apologized for the confusion. She then went on and said that we should be in the intro class and the intermediate classes would be too advanced for us. Before even knowing our level of fitness. I’ll also add that we were the only POC in the entire room and she wasn’t making us feel welcomed at all. For my last attempt to try and be part of a class at Swet Studio I thanked her for her input and asked when is the next intro class and she responded to me “ it’s all online, I don’t know off the top of my head but I’m sure you'll find everything on our website”. I was disappointed with that response when a staff member doesn’t know or doesn’t want to share the information to an interested party. Needless to say, I will never bring my business to any Swet Studio and you shouldn’t either. The staff are unpleasant to POC and it’s not right.

I am a personal care assistant for a young woman who is legally blind. I explained her special accommodations that would allow her to take this (meditation) class and was shut down pretty quickly by the man on the phone. I don't want to call this establishment ableist, but it the man on the phone was not very willing to work with us here. It made me sad as her aid and her friend. Other group fitness/meditation classes are very accommodating.

I first went to Swet through ClassPass and had a great first experience - so much so that I went back to try the 2-week trial membership! Now a week in, I have gone almost every day and have felt challenged, rejuvenated, and proud each time I've gone. All the instructors are very friendly too. I would recommend trying this, even if you've never done it before!

SWET Studio is one of my favorite spots in Boston. I was not the biggest fan of yoga before trying aerial yoga at Swet, and it has been one of the most gratifying experiences. Not only is it super fun, but it makes my body feel so, so good, especially as someone who regularly lifts weight. I’ve literally brought all my friends and my mother to class and they’ve loved it as well. The instructors are all so wonderful and kind and extremely professional. I showed up to a class that I thought I had signed up for and Sil still let me attend for free. I love the people here and the energy, coming to class has become one of the highlights of my week. I can’t recommend it enough.

I went for my first class last weekend. It was absolutely magical and worked wonders for my body and mind alike. I was a bit nervous initially, thinking about transitioning from a yoga mat to the silk but the instructor made it a cakewalk for me. She was clear in her instructions, paid attention to individual person's posture and helped me multiple times in correcting my postures. I felt confident after the class, gonna take next class very soon. Highly recommended for someone willing to take Yoga experience to a higher level.

This is one of the most fun workouts!! I just started a month ago but make sure that I go at least 2-3 times a week. There is a huge range of classes and none have disappointed me. I love that you can vary what type of class you can take all while still being in the hammock! In addition, one thing I didn’t expect would be the confidence boost you also get every time you enter class and go in the hammock. I definitely recommend to all!!!

Sil and Veronika are so supportive and encouraging which makes each class a pleasure. The one-on-one lessons were spot on and enabled me to transition right into the aerial pilates and yoga classes with ease. I'm hooked!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE‼️The aerial yoga is different than just the typical yoga and I enjoy myself in every class I've attended. Doing the different stretches and flexes learning your body while hearing thier soft voice guiding you is soo relaxing. Veronica is awesome (i wish i could pack her voice in my pocket lol) I can't wait to become a advanced flyer with her... You challenge yourself and free your mind all in one. MY GO TO SPOT ❣️ Can't wait for class with Asia today ??♀️.

I'm 90+ classes in to my membership with SwetStudio so it's about time I write a review! SwetStudio is my home away from home. I love coming here and seeing all the familiar faces! All of the instructors are very kind and accommodating. I regularly take classes with Veronika and Kerry. Both of them make class an equal mix of challenging and relaxing so you definitely feel the class was worth it without getting burnt out on attending. I will also say as someone who has recovered from two surgeries and multiple broken bones (from an accident unrelated to the studio) I have always been met with care and support from the instructors giving me tips on modifications so I can still participate. They also keep things interesting by hosting different events every few months like meditations and aerial dance. I'm a member for a reason. I tested the waters with a buy one get one free class and now I can't imagine practicing anywhere else!

I can't say enough great things about Swet Studio. I have been a part of what feels like their 'family' for about 5 years. They helped me through the blows of the pandemic. I switched at the start of the pandemic to private lessons with Veronika (when guidance allowed us to do it safely). Veronika is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever had. She got me through my fears, injuries, and attends to the quirks in my aging body. I felt like physical crap today, but I swept myself off the couch knowing I should at least try and do what I could. Leave it to Veronika to come up with an innovative, effective and fun training that attended to my physical needs but even better pushed me in ways that continued to strengthen my body and soul. I don't know how to thank her and all the other instructors. I am so happy to be a part of the 'family'. If you want to try something different, challenging, and fun, RUN, don't walk to Swet!

Amazing instructors and program! Coming out of a sedentary period throughout COVID and aerial yoga has been a perfect way to loosen up the body again and get my muscles moving! Highly recommended!

I attended the Beginner’s Aerial class with Asia and it was AHMAZING!I felt so supported throughout the class. Asia is such a purposeful and spirited instructor. I was able to truly relax into the process, and let go of my fears of trying something brand new. Now, I’m back for another session. I think aerial yoga is my new thang :-)I HIGHLY recommend this class to anyone. Especially if you are working on being more courageous or more fearless ❤️

So far I’ve only tried Aerial Beginner, meditation & restorative and water row! All of them are amazing! You get to sweat A LOT! You feel safe and guided throughout the process and I love how supportive everyone is! Can’t wait to engage in more different classes!
