The fella who only wears sweatpants and looks like he got dressed in the Walmart bargain bin is an all time rude person. I would rather light the $13 it costs for their basic wash on fire than give it to a business that lets a human like that interact with customers.

My first time here and it was a horrible experience. Everyone seems like they hate working there, everyone was in a horrible mood. The guy that serviced me had such an attitude and with his thick southie accent it is hard to even understand him. He was upset when I asked him to repeat himself. There are signs everywhere that say they are not at fault if they scratch or chip the paint on your car. No wonder, because they definitely scratched and chipped my car! I picked the super shine and left with my car still dirty and not shiny at all. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here… won’t be back, and won’t recommend.

Car got pretty clean but it was very rushed and sloppy. Bald guy in the hoodie was super rude and unprofessional. Yelled at us as soon as we got there because we didnt pull up far enough for the door to open and continued to do so the entire time. Worst car wash I've ever been too.

Have been here three times - each time I’ve been greeted by a rude middle-aged guy in a hoodie with a nasty attitude - I hope he gets the help / hug he needs. In the meantime, I’ll be going somewhere else for a much less unpleasant experience.
Car does get cleaned well however.

Went by for a car wash today, spent $22 for the wash to not even get all the soap off my car!!! TERRIBLE car wash- they spray your car down quickly then send you through the automatic washer and it did not even get all the snow residue off either!! Do not go waste your money here absolute terrible service!

Drove in with a small SUV for a basic wash on a dead Sunday afternoon. The car was new and had the Auto-Hold feature. We drove up, put the car in Neutral but forgot to take the Auto-Hold off, and proceeded to get ripped apart by a man who, after putting out a cigarette I think?, was SCREAMING to put the car in Neutral with his eyes bulging out and motioning wildly. It's like those memes where people talk about being yelled at by their dad if they're not holding the flashlight under the engine hood correctly. His screaming would shake your inner child to the core, it was that personal. After just getting out of the woods and getting to the point where we drive off, he starts screaming again to leave, motioning us to drive off as if we had planned on having a picnic at the exit spot. It was insane to the point of parody.Anyway, the stars are for the fact that it was fast and did the job alright. There were still streaks on the side windows but honestly, making it out without tear streaks on my face was the true winner. Come for the Southie experience.

Was greeted by an extremely rude guy. I pulled incorrectly into the car wash and he continued to yell at me the whole time. Said I was going to hurt him and the other guy when pulling in. I said I have never been here before, I’m a 19 year old girl. I have never even been to a car wash in my life, I was getting the car cleaned for my dad. So I said sorry to the guy for laughing when he was screaming at me and said I have never been here. He goes “it doesn’t matter” with an extreme attitude. Will never go here again. I told my dad and he goes I never go there, they are not good there. Such a disgrace and this was before I even paid the 25 dollars for the car wash. I’m a paying customer, I should be treated with some respect.Service: Polishing

I had never been to this business and I was greeted by an incredibly rude man. I did not know the procedures and he proceed to speak to me with an aggressive tone. When I told that it was my first time he did not back down. He went as far as scolding me for “not listening to him.”Well, I understand this might not be the most glamorous job, it is no excuse to treat your customers with such a little respect.

I went to this place and got my car washed. The soap, rinse, wax, and blower were not working. When I went back in to say something I was met with the rudest person. I asked for a voucher of some sort so I could get a free wash. I was told to lower (as he used inappropriate language) my voice and they don’t have vouchers. I asked what could be done to compensate me. Person told me he would give me his name with a note on it. But he repeatedly told me to lower my voice. I didn’t think I was yelling at anyone, I just wanted to me compensated for what I paid for.
