Honestly this store is a hidden gem for tech in the Dorchester neighborhood. The store owner is Mike who i met before when his store was on Washington st in Codman Square. Make sure you have a receipt after your purchase because if something is broken or not working, Mike is usually rude , he curses and tries to blame you for the inconvenience. He doesnt seem to test or understand many of the electronics he sells. I concur with Diego in his review about the customer service and again keep that receipt!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. Can’t believe bad service could go so far.

Had the chance to meet Mike, a wonderful person who took care of me and my play station that wasn't showing video. It was said to be the HDMI port which was fixed and working again. Great place to take your electronic devices to be repaired.

Lack of communication and horrible customer service. I brought my MacBook in for service in the middle of July with promise of 2-3 week turnaround and around week 6 realized I didn't ever get a phone call so I followed up and received a response let me check with the guy and call you back. Wait hold on a minute I thought you were the guy but no my Mac was sent to someone else who attempted to repair but failed horribly. He tried to install a 2013 Motherboard into a 2015 MAC and I'm no techie but even I knew that wouldn't work. Before this whole process started my husband urged me to just go to the professionals "Apple Store" pay the money and get it fixed within a week but silly me I wanted to support a local business and if I was going to spend any amount of money let it be local. So now on top of me being screwed locally I now have to hear my husbands mouth and how he was right and blah, blah, blah. I finally got my Mac back today and it's still not working. The amount of time that has been wasted is crazy but guess who will be at the Apple store this weekend shelling out $650.00 me that's who because I know if something goes array the Apple Store will communicate and customer service is amazing so Newbury Street here I come!
