Suffolk Property Management has been a great experience.... They have become not only grdst partners but part of the family... They have an amazing proactive property services department that are able to fix any problem thst comes uo when managing our apartments... They help us renovate and paint all the properties and they keep all the units rented.. They help us with the rentals and even help the HOA.. They are the definition of Full Service and true partnership.. We highly recommend them!!

Landlord attention, Landlord attention tenants. You guys need to watch out for this company. John is the biggest liar you’ll ever come across. I am a single mom with three children struggling to find an apartment. John has sat there and told me for three months that I had an appointment he had showed me that I had the apartment when I went to go to look at the house. The house was a living wreck. I even found a dead cat outside the property. The house was filthy and disgusting. It was nowhere ready to be rented out John even said that in ways to Boston Housing Authority time and lie to me when extraction officers went to the unit they were highly upset the house was not even a living condition everything done ever tells me is a lie I have pictures I have proof I work so hard with him I even told him whatever he needed me to be done I would do it with John will constantly lie to you he tells the tennis one thing and does another thing he does not have the best interest to get any landlords home rinse it out he does not have no entrance to helping families all their houses is pure trash oh he’s going to do is lie to you Landlord tenets need to be careful dealing with John bought a house and doesn’t even want to do business with him because of the lies that John has given us it is so not fair I will be sharing pictures and climb in conversations I had with John to show proof he is a fraud and a liar don’t do business with Man LLC, Suffolk County management team

Suffolk has done a tremendous job managing our apartment buildings...their property services have been awesome and responsive...their rental process is on point, thorough and they keep the apartments 100% occupied..they are a great partner and have become like a family..we highly recommend...!!

Suffolk property management has been managing three type of properties for us ..they have rented out our condo..managed our apartment building and even helps us manage our HOA that we belong too..This company is very diverse and has top flight full service property management..They keep our apartments rented and maximize our income to the max …They are great partners and we highly recommend !!

Suffolk Property Managenent has been an amazing partnership…Not only do they manage our apartment building and our investment properties…but they also help U.S manage our HOA in the large building that We have a condo in…there services have been amazing super responsive to any kind of problem or issue…they Assist U.S with maintence and snow removal landscaping etc…but the really help U.S solve any of our issues and problems with the tenants ….They have helped U.S turn a stressfull and unorganized situation we created ..into a stress free turn key efficient and most importantly profitable investment portfolio…with maximized income….They have become a true partnetship and We would Highly recommend them!!

Suffolk Property Management has been first class company to partner with..We have had nothing but positive experiences…Their property services are top class and we take advantage of all them….They have an incredible residential cleaning staff..a very responsive maintenance staff…and their management is very personal and available….They manage all of our apartment buildings and multi family investment properties and they have become like part of the family …if you are looking for a long term partnership …then Suffolk Property Management is definitely the manage company for you….We definitely highly recommend them!!!
