This laundry is right around the corner from me and I have done business with it for over four years. The owner is very personable, friendly and kind. When I go there to drop off or pick up clothes, she is very pleasant and does a great job on my clothes.

Five star experience in Beacon Hill for your wash and fold needs. Offered 1 day service for Friday drop off / Saturday pick up - which was impossible to find anywhere else. Good cost for a super solid service!

The first time I came here, one of my socks was missing. The second time I came, they told me they were delayed and that I needed to come back an hour later. I brushed it off the first time, but given the repeatedly unreliable service, I won’t be back.

Could not recommend this place highly enough. Same day wash and fold service with everything neatly cleaned with the best price in Boston. No issue to pay at all, one review here mentioned the need to pay on a pre-paid card which isn't correct, we paid with cash no problem.

We dropped our suitcase of clothes off and they were returned to us within 2 hours immaculately cleaned and neatly folded. Mai goes out of her way to ensure the customers expectations are surpassed. Highly recommended!

I dropped my clothes off on a Saturday and was told to return Monday at 10 am to pick up the clothes. I came by at 11 am and initially was told they couldn't find my clothes. After looking for 5 min, they told me to come back in an hour because they were "delayed". Frustrating and unreliable service.

I was in Boston for an extended stay and couldn't work around the time/unreliability of a laundromat. Dropped off all my clothes to Suds & Duds for a wash/fold and had a great experience. Went on a Saturday late morning expecting it to be very busy -- there were a lot of orders, but the shopkeeper was kind and helpful while juggling a lot! Got clothes back same day within hours, right at the estimated time given to me by the clerk. She also answered my call asking about the status of my clothes. Very friendly one-woman show. Clothes fresh and folded! Took the laundry out of my weekly equation. Satisfied. Would use again.
