I shared my displeasure(in a nice way) with an employee about not being acknowledged like I see every other white counter-part gets acknowledged. So disheartening as a delivery driver being discriminated against. The employee then told me “be disappointed then…” as if customer service doesn’t matter. Mind you this employee knows I come in for deliveries. I never raised my voice. Never disrespected anyone. This is unacceptable. I Would love to speak to someone.

Today I order a coffee with cold vanilla foam and I did a mobile order so it could be ready when I got there. When I arrive my coffee was there but they had forgotten to add the vanilla cold foam I ask the girl that was closer to me that my order was missing the cold foam she literally just look at me and said nothing took my cup added the cold foam and gave it to me. I said thank you again no response, she acted like I was the one that mess up , I have always liked Starbucks but this rudeness was enough to turn me away. I posted the picture This is to show that I did place my order like that and they simply forgot not big deal it has happen before but no need to be rude about it

Rude customer service . Don't be a cashier if you can't be polite. The lady also put my drink down rude didn't call my name anything so I didn't know it was mine until I looked. Do better seriously I work food service too what I saw today was unnecessary and

It's one of the most crowded Starbucks in the morning so be aware your order might take a while. Nothing against the employees they are doing their very best and always stay so nice and great ?

I ordered at 8:09, after having to have my matcha remade because there was little to none in there I asked about the muffin I ordered and they said it would be right out.At 8:39 I asked about it again, they asked if I requested for it to be warmed which I had not, they were out of what I ordered and no one told me. Unfortunately I paid for that item with points and they had no way to get me those back so I have to call Corporate to get it rectified.I try to be understanding because I am a former Starbucks barista and staff trainer but the communication and team work in there is non existent.

They are efficient with the mobile orders BUT they will let you order stuff they don't actually have -- and then you have to wait in the long line to get your money back. (um the point of mobile ordering is to NOT wait in line...) Don't order anything other than coffee drinks here, they might not really have it!

Ordered a venti and when she handed me a grande, I said I ordered a venti. She was very rude and poured ice in a venti cup and my drink and handed it back to me.
