All the females are all so sweet and doing a phenomenal job but one Spanish boy making coffees likes to talk about other costumers with another costumer in Spanish possibly his girlfriend the way she hovers over the counter why he making other people order and think people can’t understand what they are saying . When we can actually understand what is being said . The males needs to get more training about making drinks and taken orders . If I’m ordering caramel Rim and drizzle that means I want the caramel all swirled on the cup not just my top of cold foam. Other wise I’d love to give a 5 star.

The "hot" coffee is hot only 50% of the time. Some of the staff are robotic. You ask that something not be heated but they heat it anyway. If you order a muffin or something simple, you're placed in a queue. So, ten people who only order a drink are in and out of the store and you are waiting still for your muffin.

SUPER friendly staff! Super cute and clean store. They do a great job!I'm assuming she's a manager or a shift lead by how professional she was, but the woman with long, thick, brown hair was especially awesome. The store was super busy this morning and she was cranking out orders like it was nothing while making sure all the orders went out perfectly and everything behind the counter was properly labeled and in order. (I ended up sitting in the store for a bit because I had some time to kill)If she's not a manager or higher, she should be! 10/10

On 8/5/23 at 2:05 pm , I went to Starbucks here at 1 Thompson Square here in Charlestown, packed with so many people and only two girls were working at this huge location not only they were taking their time but the fact that one of the girl was texting instead of focusing on making the customers orders was blowing my mind! So unprofessional then I saw the same employee sitting on the stairs with her bf smoking a cigarette right next to the Starbucks door I don't understand how thats ok with the owner/manager for hiring such unprofessional people to provide service to the customers.

Stay away in the morning. Been here 4 times at opening. They are never ready. Why ooen if the machines arent ready. Never going here again. Get it together

Literally THE slowest starbucks you will go to. And half the time the drink isn’t even made well. I have literally driven 10 minutes out of my way to get Starbucks at a completely different location just so I wouldn’t have to come to this place, unfortunately I can’t always do that so when I do come here every time it is always a tossup as to if I’m going to get my coffee before the 15 minute mark or if my coffee is even going to be drinkable.

It is located in a very beautiful old building. Inside is very spacious. I loved the collection of mugs from different locations which I do myself as well. Coffee was good. Staff was nice.

I ordered 2 oatmeal containers from Starbucks, Charlestown this morning through Uber Eats. I received 2 containers of dry oatmeal without water/milk (not sure which one they typically add), and in addition, without the nuts, radians, brown sugar, and agave nectar. These are not cheap, this was beyond disappointing and unacceptable. I learned my lesson, I will NEVER order from Starbucks in Charletown again.Unhappy customer

Very rude manager went out of his way to forbid me from bringing my well behaved dog in for a second to pick up a mobile order. He wasn’t bothering anyone, and I just paid over $6.50 for a latte, as I do every weekend. What a disappointing experience, he could have just let it go. I won’t be back.

I come here because it’s the only Starbucks close to me. It’s nice when this one manager isn’t there because i can bring my very nervous anxiety driven dog with me. He’s also a service pet for emotional well being and this person doesn’t even bother asking. It’s so rude of him for kicking a costumer out just because they can’t leave their dog outside due to very good reasons. He doesn’t seem to share the partner or costumer experience and dealing with him is annoying. Besides that the service is fine. He needs to stop being so rude and try to be more understanding. Last time I checked stores let service dogs in, i get following the law but theres no need to be rude about it
