Printing manager didn’t allow me to re print my flier, after I waited 25 minutes for the supervisor to come back from their break. An employee guaranteed me they would do something to help me and told me to wait. Unkind business. Will not be coming back.

This is one of the worst Staples I have ever been to. I’ve been there 4-5x and every time my experience is the same.
Solution shop associates at this site will look at you and walk right past you. Luckily, John the solutions manager has the integrity to walk over and assist me otherwise I would’ve been waiting another 10 to 15 minutes.
I don’t recommend this site.

Don’t come here for a walk in for TSA pre check even though it says online you can. They are extremely unhelpful and will just send you away unless you have appointment even though nobody is there and your appointment was cancelled by them. Will not even make an attempt to assist you.

Wanted a new laptop. Salesman didn't have one in stock but found it at several other stores. I didn't feel like traveling so I picked another laptop. Salesman retrieved it and had the transaction almost completed by the time I got to the register. Very fast and efficient.

John and Carey are such amazing employees - I asked for a somewhat insane task of printing two large foam core posters and 50 double sided handouts in a day and they absolutely delivered with amazing quality! Great communication and highly considerate. Of course rush service is pricey but it was worth it for what I needed and they made it happen!

I ordered some math tools for my daughter online for store pickup. It was ready for pickup very quickly (I don’t live far from the store). Will do the same for other supplies in the future.

As usual, Staples meets and exceeds expectations. I usually purchase office supplies online. But, I actually enjoy shopping at Staples in-person. Staples has convenient locations, parking is easy, the stores are exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the employees are friendly, smart and knowledgable. Pricing is good. What more can I ask?
