Would give 0 if possible. Sent them a print job with lamination. I come in to pick it up 2 days after it was scheduled to be ready, just to give them extra time. I come in and they say, “Oh we were running low on laminate, so we didn’t do your job…”. Mind you, they didn’t email me or call me to let me know any of this. How does staples run out of the own material they sell? Not to mention the fact that I wasn’t notified at all. So I tell them to just print it and don’t laminate. I wait 2 hours, and they have it bagged up for me. I check it because I was skeptical and the order was completely wrong. Was missing 12/25 sheets. Terrible processes in place for both inventory and communication. My company has a huge account with Staples… not sure for how much longer

My stars is based on Samanthas service. Talk about a woman so sweet. She talked me and my daughter into downloading the app. She told us all the benefits and she was just so supportive and friendly. The store is clean and very organized, weird for a staples usually the ones I've been to are chaotic. Rumor is this is the first staples built and is claimed to be the #1 store. That I believe because the staff makes a regular shopping visit an impromptu social interaction. She was just so refreshing, such a light.

I had such an atrocious experience there this morning. They have the most unhelpful people working in the store. All I needed were some folders and they refused to help me. When I couldn't find them myself they refused to help me order them online.

I have come here several times for simple items like printer cartridges and am 0 for 3. They are consistently out of stock. I recommend you call first to ask or just order from Amazon.

Today, I dealt with the rudest employee named Tim who was the TSA enrollment clerk. As soon as he led me into the office to do the precheck registration he was yelling. Terrible customer service and it was not appreciated. Don't go here for precheck registration

Zero respect for your time. Last 3 visits: 1 ordered a chair online to pick up in store. It took 55 minutes to get it. One person found out what I needed, called it in on their walkie and then walked away and that was after waiting in line. When it seemed like it was taking too long I started a timer. Waited 15 min on the timer and then asked the person who helped me what was going on. Took another 15 minutes for someone to bring it out. If it was me I would have been apologetic and offered to bring it out to the customers car. I got back in my car 55 minutes after I got out. 2- had to fax something and it took over 30 minutes due to the MULTIPLE machines being broken (no signs so everyone kept trying as they would do part of the process) and the lack of staff. 3- 30 minutes to pick up two planners I ordered ahead of time. One was in stock and the other had to be shipped. The one that had to be shipped took longer then promised. The cashier found the first one and instead of listening to me, she decided to come up with every excuse as to why she couldn't find it. A- the order should have been put together once the second item arraigned. B- If she was having that much of a problem to the point where she is going to give up, she should have asked for help MUCH sooner. Sure enough when she stopped and looked at the name (I told her numerous times that it was shipped so she should have known it was in a box) she found it. She didn't seem to be the strongest cashier and it's a pretty bad business decision to leave her alone upfront and with 2 employees within direct site. One of them should have walked over and offered assistance when she was obviously having difficulty (walking back and forth trying to find something with the same customer standing infront of them) and the line wasn't moving.

Received an email that my large printing order had finished and was ready for pickup. Travelled over only for the guy behind the counter to tell me it wasn't done and wouldn't be ready for another several hours. When I arrived the second time the order was incomplete and I needed to wait while they printed the remaining documents. @Management: who do I talk to about getting my Uber fees reimbursed for this.

I always feel the need to compliment excellent customer service in a world full of criticism it's nice to be able to accentuate the positive .... I went to Staples after work on Saturday It's never a good idea to shop anywhere after work ! I'm usually exhausted but I really needed to get something copied for an occasion ( the copy also came out perfect ) Any way ....I browsed around a bit picked up a few unnecessary things and went to check out ....I only had a 100 bill , the cashier said it was not a problem but when she opened her drawer she only had one 20 dollar bill the rest were 10's and 5's ....I offered to use my debit or a smaller bill , but I needed the change any way so we proceeded with the 100 dollar bill a voice in my head told me loud and clear to double count it ....My exhausted want to get off my feet body said I gotta get home !!!! I stopped at the bank on the way home and of course noticed I was short changed ...it was only 10 bucks but it's still 10 bucks !! I called the store right way ...This is where it gets good ....One of the cashiers answered the phone , without hesitation the cashier got the manager on the phone ...The manager Mary was so responsive it was amazing She offered to count the drawer right then and there ...I told her it wasn't necessary because I had to go in the next day to pick up my copy anyway The manager called me back in about 15 minutes ...Left a message telling me yes the drawer is over ...I put your 10 dollars in an envelope pick it up at your convenience ...Way to go Mary !!!! That is a perfect example of exemplary customer service !!! No ifs ands or buts about it if there is a problem look into it If it can be rectified then do so and that is exactly the way it went down !! If you're ever in the area stop by the original Staples Soldiers Field Road Brighton est in 1986 !!! Excellent customer service Honorable mention to Kevin in the copy shop excellent service as well !! Thanks Guys
