Sherwin Williams just opened in Jamaica Plain. I walked in to check it our, tall very conservative looking man pops out of the back stock room and he just does NOT seem to fit in liberal Jamaica Plain. He had no mask on so you know he's a Republican and very serious personality. I know that we don't require masks now but a lot of us find the new no mask policy still VERY dangerous since many have not been vaccinated yet. I'm very respectful of others and myself so I continue to wear my mask e3specially indoors. When you notice someone working in a business and not wearing a mask, he/she does not care about their customers. But the real issue here is that this guy does not fit in Jamaica Plain, he would do much better in a Republican town like Plymouth.

While we are regular customers of your Randolph location, this paint shortage has left us scrambling. While on the hunt for more paint, I was lucky enough to speak with Katie at the Dorchester location and let me tell you-she is a gem! You are lucky to have such a helpful, pleasant and efficient employee. She has gone above and beyond for us during this frantic time and we are so grateful.

Phenomenal experience at this particular location.I waked in and was immediately assisted by Jose...dude was eager, helpful and efficient. The can of paint I had brought in (I was touching up a few spots on our home after some work had been done that exposed new cedar shingles) was a customized can from the previous owners.The can was three-four years old and very difficult to make out the numbers/code for this specific, custom paint.Jose immediately ascertained WHERE the can had been originally purchased (another Sherwin Williams store), got on the phone to call that specific store and figured out what the specifications where to recreate the custom paint that I had brought in and was looking for.Due to some inventory issue, he said he would give me a call back when he got in the supplies/colors he needed to make up the can....(even provided me with a tip on how best to preserve paint brushes!) and within a couple hours, he called me back and said the can was all set.As if this impeccable customer service was not enough, he even hooked me up with a discount on the can of paint which wound up being pricey.The dude didn’t need to do that but he did.The dude didn’t have to hustle as hard for me, but he did.It was very impressive and he deserves a shout out.We often only hear complaints and disappointments on these review sites, but I gotta shout out this sherwin Williams location. Jose, in particular for his assistance with me, but I observed his co workers coming over to offer a hand as well as assisting other customers. They are doing it right, give them your business, they’ll do you right.

Don't recall coming here, but Google says I have and they recommended I share my trolley meme work. Maybe the MBTA should go here and buy some paint to spruce up their dilapidated cars.
