I pulled up to the gas station with the pumps still on. I paid for my gas and began putting it in my car. The gas station attendant shut the pumps off without out a care for anyone else. I had yet to put even 3 gallons in my car. The person then refused to acknowledge my existence when I knocked on the store window.I didn’t get my money back.

This gas station has the only top tier fuel in the area, great service, and includes a convenience store that sells beer and wine.

PRICE GOUGING ALERT!!! They do not post their prices on the board, it’s full service so you can’t see the price on the pump, then put up a fight when I asked for a receipt. Price per gallon was nearly a full dollar above the rest of the prices

I went to this Shell station to fill up before heading back to New Jersey. Mark, the attendant, noticed my plates and said he would pump the gas for me... which I so appreciated since I haven't pumped my own gas in years! He was super friendly. So if there's anyone who visits South Boston from NJ, make sure you stop by here!!

Got a flat tire and wanted to put the spare on. Guy told me to leave and change the flat on the street during rush hour because of liability issues. (What's the liability if I got hit by a car?) Back in the day, service stations would have offered to put the spare on for free just because you live in the neighborhood and buy gas there. I'll never buy gas there again even though I live one block away...not to mention their gas is 20 cents over normal prices, but I (did) like supporting local business.

Found this installer through Tire Rack. Drop shipped 4x winter tires, 4x summer tires + tire pressure monitor sensors for my Mercedes S550 4-matic. Latter to be installed on new rims. Turns out they didn't have the equipment to install the 19" summer tires, so subbed the work out to a shop down the street. Winter tires were fine, nice job, no problem. Came to put the summer tires on this past weekend. Not only not balanced right, but came to find there was a tire pressure monitor sensor missing from one of the wheels. So every time I drive my car, a warning light keeps flashing. Called C&G, had to keep calling back at times that were convenient for them(!) while they enquired from the sub etc - too much trouble to actually call me I guess. Anyway, no dice. Basically, my problem, not theirs, nothing they could / would do "yep, I checked with the owner, he says the same" - I should call Tire Rack. So - they are a listed installer with Tire Rack, but don't actually have the equipment to install the tires they say they can ("yeah, we called them a bunch of times, they should change that") - that's the only reason they got the business, other than the Yelp review. Tire Rack drop-ship. They sub out. Sub or they lose / don't install a key piece ($68 + shipping, plus reinstalling). They aren't willing to fix. Let's not even start with the mis-balancing. Oh, as one other review says "Don't let the location or not so new building fool you." - pretty scruffy place - but I don't really care about that, they are fixing my car, not cooking my dinner. Update - just got a call back from Tire Rack, who have been doing everything to resolve the issue. Apparently they were really, really uncooperative with Tire Rack too - and have just been removed from their installer list. Second update - fixing their little mess, at another installer Tire Rack directed me to, cost me $160 - rebalancing and installing the sensor. The sensor was provided free by Tire Rack.
