My husband came in to get his Covid booster. He always gets Pfizer. The woman giving the shot did not ask him any questions and just seconds before the shot, said “this is the Moderna”. He stopped her and said that he always gets Pfizer. She said to him that the shots are all the same and she already opened this one so just to take it. He believed her and took the Moderna. Well that night he developed an insane rash/hives all over his body from head to toe. His body is red and itchy and he’s so uncomfortable! I called them to let them know and all the guy said was “I’m sorry”. Didn’t ask for any info about him or who he was or if he was ok.. Thai could have been much much worse! It’s now been 4 days since the shots and he’s been to urgent care for some temporary relief. This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly, DANGEROUS!

Patrick is just a godsend. Getting my prescriptions is already so much harder than it has to be, but he and his team treat people like human beings. It is such a relief to trust Patrick and his team with my health.

I give Patrick and his pharmacy staff 5 stars, if I could give 6, I would!! (I don’t quite understand the 1 star from 2 years ago).There have been major improvements since then!! Recently transferred myself from a “nearby pharmacy” due to poor service. Staff here is efficient and friendly. Phone calls are answered promptly. Take it from me, a recently retired RN…this OSCO’s is the best!??

I am giving this review for the PHARMACY. The customer service was great! I've been to other pharmacies and they are chaotic, with long waits in the pick-up lines. Patrick, the Rx Manger was especially attentive and pleasant.

Best pharmacy ever! My family have been going to Osco, Hyde Park for many years. Tom and JoAnne are superior pharmacists, going above and beyond to fill our orders. In the past several years both my daughter and mom have had significant health issues and have had all of their prescriptions filled there. Joanne and Tom always make sure we get what we need and answer all of our questions in a thorough, caring manner. When my daughter urgently needed a medication that Hyde Park did not have, Tom called around until he located an Osco that had the medication and got it for us quickly. When my mom needed a medication but could not get to the pharmacy Tom personally delivered it to her house after his shift ended. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer centered drug store.

This place is the worse. There’s never any people at the registers and the guest service desk always has one person working with a line out the door. It’s such an aggravating experience every trip I make here. I will be going to A different store here on out. This place needs to do better.
