this is a very private exercise facility that's on private property, for students. Why is it on Yelp? What's wrong with these people who advertise this unobtainable access, pretty much....what was the reason for this availed on yelp? Do you understand stalkers and lunatics will peruse these photos and ideate?

This facility is clean, has good equipment, a great staff and pretty good hours. So as far as gyms go, it's a great offering for students. It doesn't offer the spa luxuries or thousands of classes that high-end gyms offer, but it's also convenient and less expensive...

Shad has all the basic need of a fitness gym--lots of treadmills and cardio equipment, weight room, squash courts, cycling room, three huge convertible gyms upstairs, and a circular indoor track. I would've liked a pool but unfortunately there isn't one on site. They offer classes everyday, from yoga to cycling to cadrio workouts. Day passes are $8.

One of the best parts about going to school at the West Point of Capitalism is access to this gem of a gymnasium. Squash courts, tennis courts, indoor basketball courts, badminton, yoga classes, spinning, pilates plus an indoor track, weight room and running equipment all being used by type-A, high achiever 20 somethings? There's also a variety of dance classes and lessons in squash, etc. The staff is friendly and ready to answer your questions. You can go as a guest if you're not a student but it will cost you ($8). The locker rooms have oak in them. The kicker? There's an underground tunnel from my dorm to the gym so I never feel the biting Boston winter in my gym clothes unless I choose to. I wear my Vibram five finger shoes when I work out, I think people are used to them by now, maybe...

Great service and helpful staff here, the one stop fitness-shop for Harvard Business School students and visitors.. It has: An indoor elevated walking/jogging track; three basketball courts; racquetball and squash courts; four outdoor tennis courts and three gymnasium courts; table-tennis tables; two aerobics studios with classes ranging from spinning to yoga to kickboxing; a 4,000 square-foot fitness equipment area; and men's and women's locker rooms complete with whirlpool, steam, and sauna rooms. Personal trainers and a staff of professionals who offer counseling on nutrition, fitness, and stress management, and even ballroom dance lessons. Can't really beat that.
