It's essentially an upscale makeup boutique located in Quincy Market. I rated them five stars since my family adores them. Visit them to see what they have. Although I think it's expensive, I've been told it makes a difference.

Wow! I’ve been to many Sephora’s over the years and this is by far the best. The customer service was amazing and helped me and my family find just the products we needed. This definitely was my best experience buying makeup ever!

The middle-aged woman with the bob haircut is so incredibly rude. Every other employee I’ve interacted with in this store has been so kind and welcoming though. I don’t know, I think maybe you have to be what she thinks is the perfect person with a perfect reaction to get anything besides rudeness from her. Even if you’re very polite she’s mean, and I always leave racking my brain trying to figure out if I did anything even remotely worth receiving that coldness. I know retail is hard dealing with rude customers, but I’ve never been one, and can’t understand why she’s so upset. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this store again despite all the other great employees, because even the chance of seeing her fills me with anxiety at this point.

If I could give them 0 stars I will this lady with a short hair cut is really rude I came to pick up an order and all of those ladies were judging and not helping at all do not recommend this place at all!!!!

Probably because it was so crowded, but the help staff were just on your face "whatever" attitude kinda people. Should have gone to a different Sephora. Only the person at the entrance was welcoming enough

very poor service. an elderly auburn haired woman with a bob haircut was denying entrance for any people of color at 7:40pm because the store was "closed" but granted entrance for all Caucasian customers and the store closes at 8:00pm. she also was very rude in her tone and gave lots of attitude.

I went in this weekend to buy some makeup and look at skincare. Tweens were everywhere and the parents weren't doing anything about them. They were touching everything, dancing in the isles, not moving when trying to look at products, screaming and being loud.If I'm going to be paying hundreds of dollars at a store I want to be able to do it in peace or at least have clean testers to look at. I left after 5 min. Taking the semi luxury feeling from Sephora stores.

Tuesday, May 7 2024, at 11.13 I bought and paid for several items at Sephora North Street. I bought 5 items as stated on the receipt ((Auth# : 002881), but after I checked on my way home, 1 item, namely YSL LOVESHINE 44 - 201, was not put in the shopping bag by the cashier. Can you check on your CCTV that your cashier forgot to put my item in?
