The workers here aren’t friendly at all. You can be shopping for 20 mins and not one person will ask if you need help. I work in the area so this isn’t the first time. But believe me they are always chatting to one another in the head set . Definitely room for improvement on their customer service

Loved my Perk Hydrafacial with Karen R. She explained everything in detail during the service. She was very gentle and extremely helpful in recommending products to keep my skin glowing and fresh. Will definitely schedule another service with Karen.

I think this might be my favorite sephora since everything was in stock (including the Dior lip oils!!) and the employees were so nice! They didn't follow me around like at other sephoras, i don't know if that's what they're supposed to do but they didn't follow me around as much. There wasn't a lot of people there so it was pretty calm. the location is also great since it's right next to one of my other favorite stores, target. They also have a train nearby which is also nice. The area surrounding the sephora was just overall very pretty and calm.

It was my first time purchasing any makeup and I was quite nervous; however, Nala(i think that was her name) helped me pick out a concealer, foundation/tinted moisturizer, and a moisturizer to help with my acne. She matched me on the first try of the concealer and foundation and was quick to help me search for what I needed. She was super resourceful and kind. She told me it was her 4th day of work and she honestly made my day.

RUDE STAFF !!!! I was with my wife who was chooising items without any of the staff memebers asking us if we needed assitance. To the point where we would be next to an SA who would walk in the other direction. I have been to a sephora in different countries, this has got to be the worst experience yet.

My daughter just left the store. The whole time being followed by two employees thinking that if they switched off it wouldn't be noticeable. I'm so thankful I wasn't with her because I for sure would have put them in their place!!!

At Sephora Fenway, beauty associate welcomed me to the store and asked if he could help me. I told him I need help finding a replacement for my defective Jouer beauty product that I was here to exchange. He informed me that his store does not sell that makeup brand, but that I could go to Prudential Center, Sephora instead. I told him that was a little out of my way and that I would rather just make a defective return if possible. He glared at me and said “if you want to”, and then proceeded in a mocking baby tone of voice said, “ if you truly wanted to help out our store then you’d be going to Prudential Center instead of making us do the return.” I proceeded to the front of the store made my return after leaving the store I cried due to how rude this associate had treated me, I have never felt so belittled or insulted or made to feel so bad at a store. I will not be going back to the Fenway Sephora.

They may be small......but sometimes they still may have what you want in the back...so a closed mouth won't get fed...
