The atmosphere in this store has changed for the better. And it's only fair that I come back to update my review. I've had many pleasant experiences since giving them another try. The staff have been amazing.

Awesome staff! Best place in Boston for guys needing that special something for the ladies in our lives!!! Got a Rituals spa kit for my mom....this thing is so beautifully packaged it almost doesn't need wrapping paper!
