Best place for veal, livers and all the odd meats you might think of.It's also the go-to place for exquisite pork lard!!Julia Childs favorite butcher is still the top place where to shop for meat. I wish rabbit meat was cheaper.

Fresh salmon, they have fresh fish and salmon so you aren't worried about the parasite. Ask the butcher for advice or how to prepare them
