Do not bank with them. Tried to create an account online but was told I need to go to a local bank. Was provided instructions in person on how to receive a bank bonus by opening a new account and followed the instructions provided. After not receiving the bonus, I was told by the branch manager that I didn't meet the requirements even though I followed the original instructions provided by the bank representative. While they may not have created the bait and switch method, they have definitely perfected it. I wouldn't bank with Santander again if it was the last bank on earth.

Spoke with supervisor Tracey Johnson I asked can I have a print out of the required documents necessary to open an account she said “we don’t have them here and our policy says we can’t print anything for you.They also stated they could not open my account with the temporary ID I was issued until my real one comes in the mail in about a week.

Maybe one of the very few good santander banks in the state. Front persons and the managers are extremely friendly, professional, polite, and helpful.
