I have had so many issues with this branch it's unbelievable. I've never had anyone attempt to take a swing at me inside a bank before, but it happened here. I never had anyone with a bank refuse to provide account help over the phone, but it happened here. I never had a bank (that I had an account with) be completely out of money to the point I couldn't withdraw money, but it happened here. I've never had a bank employee think that Saturday was a business day just because they have some tellers there, but it happened here.This place is 100% the worst bank I've ever been to in my life. However, when you keep in mind the surrounding area, that really shouldn't come as a surprise.This is the closest branch to my house, but I assure you that after today, I will be making the slightly longer drive elsewhere.

I was thinking of giving them negative stars. Multiple problems with their whole banking system. I opened an account with them and for for nearly every simple operation either you have to come down to the branch or speak with customer service which takes multiple hops and multiple reps and almost hours wasted. The update address section under customer profile in their online banking system is just a mockup that actually does nothing. their customer reps are the least knowledgeable folks. Stay away and stay sane.

Could barely hear teller through the plexiglass. They were incredibly unhelpful/useless resolving my problem. Save yourself some time and go to a different branch!! My issue was fixed in five minutes at the quincy center location...
