Been a decade loyal customer of santander, went in this branch today to update my legal name change. I brought court documents that approved my name change and my new ID under my new name. A lady came up to me and asked do I have a court doc and a new ID to prove the change, I showed her the court doc and she didnt even look at my new ID before saying this “paper” is not enough. I asked her what else do I need to bring because on the website, it says I only need to bring a court decree that approved my name change and a new ID. I showed her this is a legit court document with the case#, signature and stamp. She then told me to wait and a lady will come up and check on me. She then went into a room and start talking with 2 other girls there and let me wait for an hour without anyone coming to check on me. This is the worst kind of bank customer services I have ever experienced and I will for sure call to file a complain on this branch.

I give this location 5 stars only because of Alex F. Every time I go here, he counts accurately and efficiently, and is never short. He also always offers me with a helping hand.

I really like Raquel. She doesn’t take advantage of me and makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. She’s the only one. Every other bank teller I have ever encountered doesn’t do a good job like her and I’ve been ripped off many times before so I know. Thank you.

This place has the WORST customer service. Chi Do the customer service rep is so rude and she doesn't take customers as they come in. Don't waste your time coming to this branch.
