There isn’t 1 time I’ve come to this bank (when I can’t make it to my home) that the drive through is open. It’s ALWAYS “closed” and yet you walk into the bank and there are multiple tellers. I’ve been inside and not many customers in however the drive through is closed.I hate this as a community operation.As I’m writing this, the atm “wasn’t able to dispense my bills”. Unbelievable. 1 star taken away from my original 2 stars.

Good branch but needs handincap assessable doors especially for older customers like me, plus the door is so heavy and hard to open, even the nice security guard feels bad and is helping people getting in and out of the door

This one on river st. Hyde park is the worst, the drive-thru is never open.when I asked about it they gave me no answer the teller was rude asking for more than my license and a Saks fifth av. Credit card . I had a check made out to cash signed she wanted to know if I wanted to make a deposit!!!when I pointed out to her that a signed check made out to cash is the same thing as cash her reply was I don’t have to be rude! When I asked for the managers name she replied ask her yourself. How’s that for customer service?her name is Sylvia still would like to know why the drive thru is never open. This is the worst one around and I’ve been a customer for years time to check other banks

This has got to be the slowest bank ever , they could careless about you , they are rude and they never answer the phones there , they need attitude adjustments
