I was genuinely impressed with my recent experience at Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston. I placed an order online just a few hours before heading to the store, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup.
Despite arriving just five minutes before closing, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They didn't rush me at all, even though it was late. Instead, they directed me to the pickup area and made the checkout process incredibly smooth and easy.
It's not often that you find such high-quality customer service, especially when you show up at the last minute. Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston has definitely earned my respect and future business. If you're looking for a shopping experience where you feel valued and well-treated, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I just had the best experience at Saks in Boston, thanks to Nelisa R. She overlooked the fact that I was wearing yoga pants and undone hair. She introduced me to the best perfume. I am so greatful for her kindness and complete expertise. If I could give 10 stars I would! She was so on point! I love my Guerlain perfume. Thank you Nelisa! Thank you! Thank you!

This store has the worst customer service! I needed to do a return. I went to four registers with no one there. I find one register with a woman named Amy on the second floor on her phone in the Max Mara section who clearly doesn't want to be bothered with my return. Sorry to disturb you Amy while your scrolling on your phone.

treated misogynisticly by staff members, was told to “go to the woman’s store” by an older gentleman working at the time. Ladies, take if from me, if you don’t look rich or if you aren’t with a man, I wouldn’t even go in. It’s absolutely HEINOUS that potential shoppers are treated like that.

EMMA BRET NEEDS TO BE FIRED she works in the jeans department of Saks in the prudential center. She complained very loudly about folding the clothes (her job). She then proceeded to chat with her other coworker about how I shouldn’t be shopping there because she knows I’m not going to buy anything and how I’m just ruining her wall of jeans. She made shopping very uncomfortable. When I did go to check out she then tried to check me out to get commission. Safe to say I will NEVER buy jeans from Saks again.

For months I have been looking for a gourmand perfume that would compliment the cocoa butter I use in my body care. I had been to several shops, I tried Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, online retailers, nothing. I decided, yesterday, to give Saks a try and to see if anyone could help me. I talked to a few employees and then I met Maggie. I told Maggie exactly what I was looking for: no florals, not citrus, no aquatics, not overly sweet, I wanted something dark and that paired well with my body routine. Ms. Maggie was READY to help me!! She showed me several perfumes but it never felt as though she was mindlessly showing me things. She knew what she was doing. She showed perfumes I would have never picked out for myself, things that were loose interpretations of what I was looking for and then Maggie showed me Guerlain. Aside from all of their perfumes being divine, I was also able to meet Kamai. The two of them together are a dream team. I reiterated what I was looking for, told them what I liked of the perfumes they showed me and then Kamai showed me Feve Gourmande by Guerlain. A winner!! Oh my, what a beautiful perfume. The first time I ever smelled something and my eyes rolled to the back of my head.
For months, I had been ignored and overlooked by fragrance associates. If I was serviced, after a few minutes I would be left to shop by myself to figure it out. Maggie and Kamai were nothing like that. They were gracious and kind enough to give me an extra ten minutes of attention. It made me feel so well taken care of and helped me find my next fragrance. From a retail perspective they are what phenomenal customer service is all about. On a human to human level, they were so sweet, enjoyable to be around and made the entire experience worth leaving the house for !! If you are looking for a fragrance go see Maggie and Kamai !!
