Rothy's shoe buyer beware!!!!! If you order their shoes on sale you cannot return them or exchange for another size. :-0I bought 2 pair of shoes that are too big and I am stuck with $200 shoes that don't fit. I will never buy Rothy's again. So disappointed and such bad customer service.

Stopped by the store while visiting Boston a few weeks back and let me just tell you the staff were so kind and friendly! Kim was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and offered great advice about fit and style. Plus she was SO FUNNY. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back when in town!

I've visited this store a few times this year and each time I've been blown away by the helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.Earlier in the summer, I wanted to get a specific color of Rothy's loafers as groomsmen gifts and tracking down the right sizes was quite difficult. Kim happened to be in the store that day and she went above and beyond in helping me find the shoes just in time for the wedding! She's a rockstar and Rothy's is so lucky to have her as part of the team!This past weekend I popped in to try on their Chelsea boot and Kim answered all of my questions and helped me choose the perfect size and color. If I could rate my experience 6 stars I would!

I love Rothy's and we don't have one where I live so I was super excited to visit. Anyway, I asked to use their restroom because I have a small bladder and wanted to shop comfortably, but was met with a big nope and the way they said it made me feel 2 inches tall. So disappointing. Ive only been to a couple other locations but it was a while ago and I had great experiences. The vibe and culture at this location is not a positive one....too bad because work can be much more fun if you learn to "whistle while you work".

Love the Newbury store! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is filled with historic buildings with small stores so they can get very crowded but the staff always does their best even when running around. Yes, there is not a public restroom but none of the boutique stores around there have one.

My husband and I went to the Boston store as its been a dream of mine to visit one of the Rothy's stores. As a suprise my husband said he would buy me a bag for my wedding present. The staff was great and let me try each bag, I fell in love with one but they did not have the color I was thinking about in the store. One of the sale people owned the bag I was considering in the color I loved, they brought out their personal bag and let me try it on. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. If not for the exceptional customer support and service I might not have walked out with the bag ordered. Love the store, Love the expeirance, and Love Rothy's vegan line!

I am OBSESSED with Rothy’s and should probably be a brand ambassador lol I tell everyone and everyone about my shoes! I bought the raspberry ones and get so many compliments. I even managed to convince the guys in my building and friend circle to buy a pair!!
