The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they've gone above and beyond to help me with my financial needs. Their online and mobile banking services are easy to use and very convenient. Yesterday, I walked in to get a bank check to complete a down payment on my first car. As soon as the place learned that’s what it was for, they erupted in cheers and wouldn’t stop congratulating me. I couldn’t stop smiling, they were really the kindest people ever. They even photocopied the check to help me commemorate this milestone moment.Soe Soe was the one who got me the check and her coworker Judith are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. They kept talking to me about the car, what year and model it was, tips and tricks on how to take care of it, the whole nine yards. They even waived the $8 bank check fee! And last but not least, the manager even came out to congratulate me after she signed off on the check.Long story short, this bank goes above and beyond what I would ever expect from a bank. I’m so happy to be a rockland trust customer, it's nice knowing they have some of the greatest employees around :)

I live in the neighborhood, and though I primarily bank elsewhere I've often used them for small things. I don't know what happened but now they are just pushing scammy checking accounts and credit cards with terrible fee structures on folks who simply trying to do things like make change for laundry. Not so neighborly and I definitely will not be opening any new accounts there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, decent programs for a local bank. This branch doesn't have any safe deposit boxes available, though.

I switched to this bank when I lived in Brighton, now I'm in Burlington and they're still my bank. They're open 7 days a week, late a couple nights, and when you call them a real person answers the phone and directs your call to the right person if they can't help you.
