Took the store over from Rite Aid and the neighborhood is disappointed. Many items out of stock. Poor maintenance. We just had 4” of snow and the parking lot and walkways were only partly cleared.

The RiteAid was great. Walgreens gave up on us. They don’t manage the the outside of the building or even properly stock the shelves inside. Can’t wait until the market by the T stop opens. I would never shop at a Walgreens anywhere ever again.

Ever since it changed from a rite aide the stock has been terrible. Also the pharmacy has been a mess which can only mean there is something wrong with the Walgreens method because its the same people who ran the place like a clock. Thinking about switching everything to CVS.

(Translated by Google) As a pharmacy system, there are other retail goods. I experience Walgreens Photo service, choose Collage Prints, upload photos to the App to print online. I order 1 frame of 8x10 format, in which there are 3 small images, including 2 vertical images and 1 horizontal image.

The switch from Rite-Aid to Walgreen's has been a disaster. Nothing seems to be working correctly. Prescriptions are difficult to refill on the phone, they can't identify old Rite-Aid prescription numbers, the caps on the pill containers are put on backwards, so can't be opened at home when you need to take something. Check-out takes an extra long time and there are very long lines, as not enough employees working. Just a very unpleasant experience there now. Looking for another pharmacy.

I stop into this store all the time to utilize both the pharmacy and store... the pharmacy is pretty efficient most of the time but like everything at other times they are very busy and the wait for a prescription can be longer than usual (it happens from time to time) no biggie there!! The pharmacy staff is very friendly and got to know me from my frequent trips in making my visit even more better!! The store I have been asked if I needed assistance finding something every now and then but usually there are young girls that are supposed to be re-stocking the shelves horsing around... the items in the store are very appropriate for a Rite Aid and the fridge section has some stuff that would get you by until you can visit a supermarket.. the items are usually microwaveable or oven items such as Pizza.. you also have a great selection of Chips, Dip, Salsa etc... I can't honestly say anything bad about this store just because every visit I've had has been a good one...

I was just walking down the sidewalk. I don't appreciate you tracking my movements and infringing on my rights. Not cool.

The only pharmacy chain in Eastern Massachusetts that has one employee behind the check out-desk. One! One at 8:00am and one at 5:00pm and one at 8:00pm. The line will grow and grow, and grow some more. God forbid there is an issue with their chip reader, receipt printer or the barcode reader... you'll be standing there in line like an idiot for 20 minutes, while your trying to buy some multivitamins and shampoo. What cheap p**** owns a pharmacy in a metropolitan area and staffs one cashier at check out? Seventh level of hell.

This store is great. Clean, good hours, nice selection and quick, efficient staff. I stopped in a few hours before leaving for an international trip I hadn't prepared well enough for, and was thrilled to find they sell adaptors and other travel necessities here. Jackie in the pharmacy is AMAZING, as others have noted, and the rest of the pharmacy staff seems to follow her lead. My only gripe is that, since they (seemingly? it's a bit shadowy still...) switched to Walgreens pharmacy, the online refill system I'd always used before no longer works. Hoping they can get back with the times soon and let us phone-phobic Millennials order online again.

It's a convenience store...they offer a little bit of everything from home cleaning products, snacks, sugar, shampoo, medicine/prescriptions, hair/nail products, etc. RiteAid used to have a few sketchy security guards (who in their quick stents) seemed to target brown people, but no longer... Seeing as though RiteAid will now be Walgreens this is the depth of my review.

Came in to purchase a $500 money order for rent once. Got home and realized I was $20 short after just paying for my money order in all twenties. Called the store and spoke to Billy, asking if I could leave a message for the opening or closing team in case an extra $20 turned up in their register. Billy went above and beyond, closed and audited the register, called me back $15 minutes later, and had tracked down my missing $20. EXCELLENT customer service!

I'm surprised a place with terrible customer service is still open. I witness a manager have a rude tone with a elder customer who didn't speak English well... over a laundry detergent coupon. Get new management. This man was a manager.

As AWESOME as it gets is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I transferred from my home pharmacy in Rockland all because the customer service here is OUTSTANDING. Another reviewer hit the nail on the head when he/she wrote that Jackie is driving a level of humanity and service to human beings that is OVERTLY missing at other pharmacies, particularly the Rite Aid in Rockland location. I get it that pharmacists often deal with drug-seeking customers but painting everybody with the same brush is a GRAVE mistake. **NEWS FLASH: NOT EVERYBODY WHO GETS PHARMACY SCRIPTS IS A DRUG ADDICT** Another example of Jackie's above-and-beyond customer service skills was when I needed a prescription filled for an ointnment/cream to relieve pain and bring down swelling (you can fill in the blank here). Although she did not have it in stock she went out of her way to call me, confirm my diagnosis, and offer an OTC substitute. I understand that some pharmacists are VERY linear thinkers but the ability to back up and see a big picture IN ADDITION to linear thinking is KEY for providing A+ service. Jackie and staff have this...HANDS DOWN!!!!

Convenient location. Staff was fairly helpful.
