The pharmacists and management here are so incompetent. Their refrigerator holding their vaccines and booster shots broke. They didn’t cancel any of the scheduled appointments or alert anyone. So people (myself included) showed up for our appointments only to be told passive-aggressively to reschedule through the app. When asked why they didn’t reach out to us to cancel the appointments, they lied and said they tried to call us. Why are you lying? I can clearly see in my phone that I have no missed calls or voicemails. Just own up to the fact that you are incompetent. Poor service. Poor pharmacists. The two middle aged blonde women working in the pharmacy clearly hate their jobs and are miserable. What makes matters worse is they are taking out their frustrations on the patients visiting the pharmacy. Terrible location. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible store. Empty shelves and stacks of boxes clog the aisles. Seems to be seriously understaffed and lacking management. The trash barrel in front is often overflowing.

So I went to the pharmacy on a Sunday.To see what was going on with my daughters prescriptions. Which the pharmacist said they would call her doctor to talk about her medication.Why do they never called and my daughters been in pain for a whole week. So I go on there on Sunday and the two woman at the Pharmacy for discrimination towards me. Telling me that my daughter is 20 years old. The woman say it like four times. And then when I got home to talk to my daughter the pharmacist told her that they were car and that was a week ago so then when I called the pharmacist she’s going to tell me oh they must be a miscommunication someone was just here trying to force us to give her the medication which is a lie. So on top of it of them being unpleasant still trying to assume false claims as well. I am go to call Corporate as well to see if I can report them.

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Though the employees are kind and helpful, the store overall is constantly understaffed and understocked. There is also garbage all around the building and they never clear the snow in the winter.

Harvard clinic sent them my prescription 2 times. The first time they said they ran out of the medicine and didn't receive my prescription. The second time they said they received the prescription but couldn't locate it in the system.And the third time I had my prescription sent else where.What is going on???

I was waiting outside 15 minutes until 8am just to learn that pharmacy open at 9am at summer. Outside is written that opens at 9 only on Friday

Update 4.20.21: Still the worst! 0 stars—-Pharmacy Review Only: Without question the most inconsistent pharmacy I have used. They regularly say meds will be ready by a certain time, they usually are not ready by that time. They also receive an Rx from the doctor (this has happened to me 3x in 6 months) and insist they haven’t received it. The patient goes without meds for days while they resolve it with the doctor. Every time Walgreens will then apologize and say something about their “system” and I’ll politely ask “how can we avoid this in the future” and they assure me it won’t happen, only to have it happen. This is not good for a PHARMACY to do because people go without medication

Pharmacy Review:As others have noted, this pharmacy is terrible.I took my business to CVS, HIGHLY suggest you avoid the headaches and do the same.Experience:They lied to me and told me my medication was in stock, only to later call and tell me it was not in stock.When I asked when it would be in stock, they were not certain.When I asked what other Walgreens have them in stock, they told me they would call me back with that information; they never called me back so I called back 30 minutes later to check in and was told they were ‘still working on it’.Edit:I eventually got a response 1 hour and 15 minutes later.Edit 2:My medication was out so they ordered me more. For some reason, there was a 2 day delay between notifying me the medication was out and ordering more. So now I must wait almost a week to get my medication.

This is one of the BEST Rite Aid's ive been to. The pharmacy staff is so helpful and when my item is not in stock they order and get it to me in a timely manner. thank you guys!

The above person is too critical, Rite Aid is great, they are super cheap (my meds are 70% cheaper here then CVS, $140 to $99). They are fast, rarely a line, they will call you personally to tell you your medicine is in. They have no issues transferring locations, they take the initiative to remind you in advance your prescription is close to the expiration date, and they will contact the doctor for you. This place serves you like you are their only customer.

They have the worst pharmacy hours around. They open at 8am--people are at work before then! And they close at 6pm on week days--who gets out of work by then? And on the weekends they close at 3pm. Terrible hours. So, if you have a job you basically cannot use this pharmacy.
