On Thursday, I had a disappointing experience at Walgreens. Despite their posted business hours, the pharmacy remained closed at least 15 minutes after their lunch break. As a customer in need of medication, this left me in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, the store manager didn’t have their contact numbers, so there was no way to reach them. I had to leave due to my schedule, which was incredibly inconvenient. Consistency and reliability are crucial in healthcare services, and it’s disappointing when pharmacies don’t meet these expectations. I hope Walgreens takes steps to ensure they are open during their stated hours to better serve their customers.

The customer service is very bad when it comes to getting your packages they don’t bother looking for it and scanning them when they arrive and management doesn’t do anything about it DO NOT HAVE ANY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THIS PLACE

I had almost forgot that I was there shopping for food because of how fun it was to talk to the employees there. They were very helpful and understanding when I'd bug them about discounts. Overall pretty fun experience when you get to know them!

Is there literally a single quality pharmacy anywhere? Need something? Don’t bother. They’ll just answer the phone, immediately put you on hold and then just hope you go away

This Walgreens was actually shameful…completely bare shelves, everything else locked up. You have to get an associate just to get body wash shampoo and deodorant. It’s insulting to the customer. Couldn’t even find tweezers the shelves were completely empty, or a mess with stuff thrown around in random places. Really trashy.

They need to hire more pharmacists.Update (8/3/2023): good luck getting multiple prescriptions filled at the same time, they always seem to ignore the others and just do the first one. I have confirmed multiple times they did indeed get all of them.

This place is the shithole of all shitholes, under staffed. No one cares. Everything locked up. You press the button for assistance getting anything because it's all locked up. No one comes. Close the place down.

THE WORST! They don’t care either, extremely ignorant, 15 people in line and they act like no one is in line & they don’t try to work hard

This pharmacy is horrible to deal with. You wait over an HOUR to speak to anyone on the phone. Corporate Walgreens needs to get in there and make some changes. Always a wait for anything, always poorly managed.

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. One time, they just didn’t give me a covid vaccine shot, regardless of the fact that I had an appointment, etc. This time I figured had to be better, but the pharmacist is doing literally every major and menial task INSTEAD of just giving me a shot. 30 minutes in, still waiting…

This location is very close to my home and its been convenient to pick up my prescription. Now I've grown tired of coming here due to the amount of wait time over the phone. I always wait around 15 min to an hour for someone to either pick up or never. I do emphasize the short staff however I am done giving many grace here. After my last refill, I'm relocating.

I sadly believe that this store should shut down. This neighborhood needs something LIKE a Walgreens, but at this store, everything is always so hard. Items are consistently out-of-stock - the store practically feels empty sometimes, the pharmacy will put you on an immediate hold and forget about you for 2 hours, and the cashiers could care less about customers.
