Their card machine 'crashed' whilst I made a payment and so I had to pay by cash. When I saw that the transaction had still appeared on my card I questioned this with them and they said it definitely hadn't gone through. However, on checking with my bank, it had! So I was double charged and as I was on holiday had left the area to be able to go back and challenge this. As such I will be raising this as a chargeback with my bank to reclaim the money. I would suggest avoiding this store!

Refused to allow my 5 year old to use their bathroom when he was about to wet himself. I offered $20. Said to urinate outside.Classy.
