We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was all very attentive and nice. The location was perfect to walk or Uber around town. We stayed on the 19th floor (video from balcony) and we enjoyed our view. The beds were super comfortable! We found everything to be clean and the room was very spacious.Downstairs there is a common area with a bar, restrooms and water fountain (it makes flavored seltzer, which we loved!)My only concern and complaint might be the parking situation. It is not included and pretty expensive. We were able to work it out with the front desk because of a miscommunication with the parking attendant, so it worked out for us. But be prepared to pay for parking.

Stay away if you are a corporate traveler! They charge a ridiculous amenities fee, which is not mentioned when booking via a corporate travel site. Now I get the joy of trying to expense this or eating a $80 fee! This fee includes complimentary coffee, water and a tour. That is NOT the definition of complimentary if you are charging someone!!! During checkout the front desk confirmed I was being charged for breakfast only and was surprised to see this fee. Good luck getting anyone to contact you from accounting. They will not take phone calls and your email goes into a black hole.I stayed at this property with several co-workers and we all had different issues. I had to switch rooms due to heating/ac issues, another person's bathroom flooded and the icing on the cake was another being locked out of their room at midnight due to issues with payment via our corporate travel account. The hotel was trying to bill his personal card each night of the stay, which was being declined instead of charging the corporate account. Only was sorted out by calling our corporate emergency line in the middle of the night. Who wants to go through that? He had his fees waived, which I found out later. Regardless, stay away if you are here for work.

My family stayed at the Revere hotel as part of a group. The pricing was higher than what we could have booked on our own. Our room was lovely with a beautiful city view but others in our party did not have a fridge while we did. Not sure why rooms booked as a group do not have the same amenities and pay the same price. Most concerning was that upon departure, my daughter left her designer jacket in the closet. We called a couple of hours later while on the road to see if the staff had found it while preparing the room for the next guest. The front desk staff told us we would need to call back the next day.We called and after being handed off to 2 or 3 people we were told no one turned in the jacket. I’m very disappointed to think that the cleaning staff would steal the jacket.the front desk staff upon getting the phone call should have reached out to the cleaning staff to check for it. Then there would have been no chance the next guest took it. We definitely would have paid to have it shipped to us.

Stayed for 3 nights. Sheets were stained with who knows what when we walked in. Slept on top of the beds using our own blankets. The bath tub had hair in it and it wasn't head hair and had some piece that kept falling off. Forgot my face wash so pumped a few pumps of the provided face wash...BLACK MOLD or something came out. Absolutely disgusting. Sheets did get changed daily, but all had random stains. 4 people booked to stay, and we got 3 bath towels, 2 hand, and 1 wash cloth. All changed daily but never increased numbers. Requested pillows for my friend who has bad back and got 1 and heard from them again. Huge charges for customer amenities that were not provided. Mentioned it on check out and was just told by the guy "its not me". Would for sure not recommend the hotel. Lots of other places. Any place, really.

Overall it was a great stay. Much quieter than some other hotels in the area. Very clean and the rooms were quite spacious. Not on the Common but a couple blocks away but still very close. Would stay here again. I booked via Hotel Tonight and the additional resort fee was communicated clearly by that platform.

I will not be staying at this hotel again. I do not recommend you stay here. I stayed for 3 nights and found bugs in the bed on two separate dates. While the hotel did change all the sheets, pillow cases and duvet on 2 nights and also refunded the 3-day parking fee, I did not have a good experience and will not be coming back. If you do decide to stay, triple check the bedding for bugs!

??????Beware - additional "resort fee" added without warning????Read the reviews below carefully. As many have pointed out, this hotel adds an additional "resort fee" to your bill after your have paid for your room. At least in my case, there was no advance warning about this when I booked and no receipt or notification that my card was charged this AFTER I checked out. I simply saw the charge on my bank statement the following week. The hotel itself was fine - beds were comfortable and the location is good. The front desk staff were very friendly. The building itself needs a little bit of an update, and the carpets in our room were a little old and dirty. We also found a few hairs in the bath, but we didn't need to use it.I did a thorough price comparison of all the hotels in this area before booking my room and if I had known that the final price was inaccurate and that the room was actually going to cost MORE than indicated, I would have chosen another hotel. I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

This hotel was upscale, clean, well designed, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. It is within walking distance of lots of really cool stuff like the site of the Boston Massacre, Boston Commons, Boston Atheneum, awesome restaurants and bars, a really fun modern art museum (WNDR), the subway, and many really cool buildings. You could easily entertain yourself for an entire weekend without walking more than 10 minutes in any direction.Rooms: My room was more than spacious enough and had a comfortable bed and lots of water pressure in the shower.Nearby activities: Oh man, so many things. Restaurants, bars, libraries, architecture, historical sites, museums, etc. This hotel is right in the middle of everything.Safety: I hate big cities typically. I never felt uneasy even for a second. Except for the traffic. Bostonians drive like they hate their cars. Be careful crossing the street. Other than that, the people were so cool and it was a terrific place.Walkability: You can spend an entire weekend very well entertained without walking for more than 10 minutes.Food & drinks: The food and drinks were OK. There are lots of food places with a very short walking distance. My advice is to do that instead.

Very nice hotel, unfortunately doesn’t work with any hotel chainsThe rooms are quite high, the best of quite comfortable and the design of the room is very appealingThe only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I could hear when someone in a different room was showing or flushing their toiletsI stayed on the 23rd floor and the views of Boston were greatThe prices were fairCertainly a good hotel choice

Visited Boston and this hotel was recommended by a friend. The room was great with a gret balcony and a great view. The staff very friendly especially Antonela and Nimet on the front desk. Definitely coming back there.
