The two Tucci umbrellas we ordered were not installed properly and required a return visit to complete and fix the installation. Additionally, we ordered two covers for the bases. When they were ready to be delivered, we received a text and email asking us to schedule the delivery. We could select any date, but RH had no dates available. The drop down menu showed a bar. I called customer service but, the representative said they had no dates at this time. I was harassed with several emails and texts a day telling me to choose a delivery date. No dates were shown. I blocked the emails and texts, but then received phone calls telling me to call back to set up a delivery date, when I called, no dates were open for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager, but I was just left on hold. We finally called the corporate number and asked for a full refund which we were told we’d receive in 5-7 days.

Full disclosure, I didn’t intend to buy anything, and simply window shopped. This place is gorgeous and the staff was super friendly.If you’re out of town, in the area or need some decor inspiration, this is a lovely place to go.

Restoration hardware is the wrost company in the town in boston canton Raul Heyter is the worst person with deal they obligated you work after hours and everyone scared to lost his job restoration hardware is the big racist company in USA they obligate people work after hours if you don’t they fired you I move action to the court to solve my problem with the if you have problem please comment here

I have a dresser from them that I love, however there were a couple areas I wanted to touch up and the touch up kit is awful… it doesn’t match the piece. I’ve also tried calling there store two days in a row during business hours and no one answered and there’s no voicemail set up to leave a message.

The cabinets we got were incredible, yes it's expensive but we received it in a week unlike other stores that were giving us a 36 week time frame for delivery ! With this Covid BS - no one works anymore! This place is reliable and worth it if you have the $, the cabinets are sturdy and well made !

Overpriced cheaply made furniture from China. The furniture doesn't even look nice. This is very average stuff. No one offered to help us and there aren't any swatches. For the same price point, buy American made (for example - Highland House, Century, Newport Cottages for kids furniture, Wesley Hall). These companies all sell a wider range of fabrics, including performance fabrics, their products are manufactured in the US and they will stand behind their products.
