This tire shop scammed me out of money. It wasn't a lot of money (25 dollars), but it's the principle behind it. I went there after work having heard a noise in my front tire. I go and I'm asked what the issue is? I explain I want them to look at my tire because it's making noise. I was thinking it was a nail. A guy comes over removes my tire and disappears and comes back with my tire a few minutes later, telling me to pay inside. I ask the man what the issue was and he said nail in tire so they patched the hole. I paid 25 for a patch to my tire. Problem solved right. Nope I drive off and I'm still hearing the noise from my tire. I go to a different tire shop, and they take the tire off in front of me and show that my tire NEVER had a patch placed on it and that actually it was something caught in tread of tire. That stuff is removed and now sound gone. Raymond's tire shop is doing dirty business practices. I will never return.

Looks exactly how it looks operates. Prices always changing for basic services. Tire size is always an "Issue" at least they make it seem like an issue Everytime...and their English is EXTREMELY LIMITED.

I had a flat tire on my car and pulled over to a gas station to call Raymond’s that was recommended from a friend to me. They were already closed and a nice lady picked up the phone & I told her I was at a gas station with a flat and my car didn’t have a spear tire so I needed someone to come change my tire and bring the new tire. She was so kind she said we are about to close but, I will get someone to help me I understand how frustrating this can be . She took the time to get all my information and tire size and checked to see if they had the tires I needed. She did and she sent two amazing guys to come and take off my old tire and then drive back to the shop grab the new one and come back and put on the new one. I was done and on my way. Everyone was so professional fast and I really praise the women who answered the phone she helped me and cares about me. The guys were awesome as well. This place gets five stars customer service and professional all the way. I highly recommend this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
