The store itself is nice but the only thing is that the sales associates are not pleasant. Specially, Hal on the men’s floor is very rude and does not seem interested in helping with questions. He was short tempered when all that was asked for was a different size.

Where do I even start. Anthony and big big shoutout to Lauren. Walked in there just to do a return which ended up me finding my fav Ralph Lauren store to shop. Anthony and the tailor were clutch in last minute fixing my jacket which the Ralph Lauren store in Georgetown DC had not properly tailored! Would high recommend it to anyone. Il be back soon!!

Many other positive reviews regarding great customer service but not my experience here. Perhaps my look wasn't to their liking. Much better service in Covent Garden store in London.

Visited the newbury store today. SONIA was the absolute loveliest! She gave me an introduction to the different sections of the women’s collections, helped me find pieces I had in mind, and helped pick out matching pieces. So so helpful and friendly even when I couldn’t decide on the spot. Will definitely be coming back to her with my purchases down the line.

From all the Ralph Lauren stores I have visited this is my favorite. Giulia is my go to person. Her knowledge of the line is exceptional and she always makes the shopping experience easy and delightful.

Love this store. The ambiance is soothing with a classic elevated environment perfect to a classic upscale line of fine quality fabrics and leathers. The customer service is top notch. Took one star off because I have a pet peave about putting clothing on a display mannequin that is not in stock and we ran into a couple of those situations at this store. We loved a shirt that is no longer in stock even online. We purchased a similar item online with the help of the sales person so overall it was a successful trip.
