The person who drew my blood was awesome! He was so good, I didn’t feel a thing. I don’t have the best veins but he was very precise and made it all work out. This location had more availability to book appointments. As I had an appointment they saw me a few minutes before scheduled and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very impressed.

I had a 12 noon appointment, but I could tested as a walking, they have no one in the waiting area, and refused to take me. I spoke to the supervisor, said the same thing. They are so unprofessional. I waited until my scheduled time to get the test done. Deprive of the good sense. No rational or judgement.

Room is always clean and ready for patients! The room could be a bit bigger but it is a smaller location. One thing I have about Quest is I’ve got a question and how testing is handled. I went in to do my Drug test urine, and I ended up with a false positive! They didn’t even test for the metabolites for benzodiazepines, which I take Klonopin. It doesn’t break down to oxzapaem like other benzodiazepines. Now my provider has put my prescription into jeopardy! I’ve tried calling quest and trying to get answers because I know for a 100% fact that it’s in my system but, I can’t get an answer from anyone even my provider! My question is can I ask for more intensified drug testing while I go in for my next appointment, like even draw my blood. Just very frustrating when this must have been maybe the lab not running the confirmation urine after the presumptive testing.

The lab tech was very friendly and very skillful in term of drawing the blood. Usually it's very hard for other techs to find my vein; but this lab tech did one shot and he got it done. I score him 100% his grade average is 4.0.

The phlebotomy technician who took my blood was absolutely wonderful. He was super nice, and made me laugh when he could tell I was very nervous. He really made my day. I'm super appreciative of this lovely person was who helped me feel much better during a very hard time.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I scheduled online and showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, and checked in electronically (there are no visible staff and no way to communicate with them except by automated electronic check-in.) The waiting room was packed. A few people were called back, but then they stopped calling. A staff member left through a back hall and no one was called after that. I left after waiting 45 minutes, and even now, 7 hours later, I have never received the text they told me that i would receive when it’s my turn. It would have helped if there had been any communication at all.

I've had a good experience every time I've come here (6 or more blood drawes). Service is fast with an appointment, and the phlebotomists are very confident.I don't have easy veins to find, and often at other places get stuck over and over. Here, there's never been an issue! One stick. Really grateful.

Staff is rude in Quest Diagnostics at 1180 Beacon St, Ste 3A, Brookline, MA. They don’t write any reminders in messages that mask is still required, yet nurse rudely say to search for one or no service. Horrible.

After a long day of work, I had to get some labs there and I was so lucky to have Elaine, Renata even though they closed at 5 they allowed me to get in at 5:15 and they were so nice and diligent, I even love the way that Elaine made everything so smooth and Renata has an amazing hand, I didn’t even feel when she put the needle. They have so much peace, you can tell they really enjoy what they do. They made my day! ?By the way the guy at the entrance was very nice too, he called them to make sure they could take me,I didn’t even have an appointment. Great people!

Lacking Professionalism.I wouldn't have gone there if it wasn't necessary because of my employer's HSA contribution.The health test staff didn't seem much keen to do their job.Especially during my blood test, the syringe overfilled and blood spilled down the floor ( it was not just 1 drop or 2).I am giving it 2 stars because My appointment there was early in the morning and I didn't have to wait for long.

I've visited two other quest locations for COVID testing and they've been seamless and efficient experiences. This location in Mattapan Square was an awful experience. Waisted an hour of my time and didn't even give me a test. I waited 45 minutes beyond my appointment time just to me told that there was no lab order for me and that I needed to do something on the website in order to get tested. The lab tech that assisted me did not know what to do or how to instruct me to fix it. I'll never go here again. They were disorganized and unprepared.

This place is beyond crazy first the draw all the wrong labs no one knows the billing codes the ask you for it like your supposed to know don't come in around lunch time cause apparently they don't want to pay someone to cover cause they leave one person to staff a whole lab been sitting in a waiting room for 2 hours for a blood draw . BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL ANS EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED ITS DANGEROUS to the patients.. oh let me add its now been over 2 hours waiting and I ask why ppl are being asked before those sitting I get basically reprimanded but the staff member because they are under staffed. Last week we had to do labs twice because this lab messed up the doctors order didn't know how to put it in properly because she was new with no one training her .. BEYOND UNSAFE AND uNPROFESSIONAL. if we didn't absolutely need these lab for serious health reason I would of made a a bigger deal but this place needs better training staff and professionalism cause they talk to you like your on the streets. Treat ppl with respect and you'll get it
