They deserve absolutely no stars. My mother went to the Quest diagnostic laboratory at St.Elizabeth Hospital today (05/10/2023) around 1:30pm. She was attended to by two of by far the rudest laboratory techs she had ever encountered.Her experience started out by them demanding her to pay a $60 co-payment that is not required by her insurance. She then stepped away briefly to speak with an insurance agent to discuss whether or not she needed to pay a co-payment. Once she settled the matter with her insurance company, she went back inside to speak with the laboratory techs, who then ignored her and refused to provide her with service. This was not only negligent, but downright unprofessional. I will be reporting this incident to the state board. They should not be practicing phlebotomy.

Results provided 3 weeks after a simple blood test. Unacceptable healthcare. This is not the first time this has happened.

Horrible facility, long wait times, arrogant staff, lack of technology (they could only receive fax, not email in 2022), ridiculous procedures (requiring a paper copy in 2022) and complete lack of customer service. They have 10 people waiting in a waiting room of 15 square feet during COVID times. Their text system to call you back for your appointment doesn’t work, because they call your name the same time you receive the text, so by the time you’re back you missed your appointment. How are they still in business?

I have now been to this location twice and had a good experience both times. The employees were friendly, the office is clean, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. If you follow the signs it is very easy to find. Some reviews mention that there is no where to park or it is valet parking only, this is not true. There is a large garage across the street and it is free if you are parked for less than 1 hour or $5 if you're there over an hour.

No parking.Incompetent nurse/phlebotomist. Couldn't hit a vein. I'm leaving covered in blood and I will have multiple hematomas.This is your one job - how are you so bad at it?!?

The nurse was excellent - usually providers take multiple attempts to get my veins and she did it super easily in one go. She was super friendly and helpful. The wait was less than 5 min (even though the screen said 12 min) and the office is super easy to find if you follow the massive signs for the medical office posted everywhere. Almost didn’t go because of the bad reviews but definitely would recommend to anyone

Update: the valet didn’t even have time to walk back and drop my keys off before I got done with my appointment. I waited 15 minutes after my 5 minute appointment was done to get my car. What is the point of that? Let me park my own car and validate the parking if you’re so worried about people abusing the parking lot.People were good but this location is valet parking only for $8 with zero other parking options. Hospitals and medical centers shouldn’t make you pay to park while you’re paying hundreds to thousands of dollars inside for care. My appointment was so quick that I waited longer for the valet to go get my car than the time I was actually in for the appointment. Would not go to this location again.

Very great customer service really nice. Fast in & out. There’s a iPad where you can check in which is really great.

Went in and out less than 10 minutes, the women was very polite and informative. For a first time blood work experience it was very great, would recommend to anyone!

Their text notification system for checking in doesn't work. I checked in at 1:19 PM, received my text to register online, filled out the registration, it's 2:26 and haven't been contacted. I'm also not able to make an appointment through their app, it says "An Unknown Error Occurred, Please Try Again after you fill out the form and click schedule." I wasn’t called back until after 3pm.Overall a frustrating experience. The only redeeming quality was the phlebotomist was very nice and did a good job.

I did not really have any trouble finding this place. It's a room on the 2nd floor of the Medical Offices building, which is labeled very visibly with the address listed and inside the building there is a directory. Staff were super friendly, I was in and out in 10 minutes for a blood test, no issues at all.
