Came 45 min early for my fasting apt at 3:10pm. Two people came in at 2:53 for a 2:50 apt, check in screen showed they are higher priority. Here’s what I learned in 2 hours in the waiting room:
-walk ins is impossible, they are understaffed
-don’t come more than 10 min early you will waste your time.
-bring water & a mask, the waiting room is incredibly hot, small, and badly ventilated
-check in at the kiosk and avoid the lady at the desk
-earlier apt are better?
…other than that, it was exactly like every quest apt.

great service from both the ladies...my mom its hard to find a vein the tech was amazing with her work

The lady at the front desk is not helpful at all she would make you wait and you will have to literally wall up to her and ask her to let you in if there is time between appointments i was talk to a lady right next me and she said shes been here since 10am for her to be helped at around 12:30 and she was an elder!! And it wasn't even that busy when i came in at 11 this is bad!

This place is terrific in organization and waiting time. This is not my first time having blood test in the lab and depend on the nurse attending you the service and assistance is high or super poor quality. When you try to schedule a visit in advance by phone is quite imposible, I never got it. Today arrived at 8.30, joined the walk-in list, I am the second one in that list and now is 9:39, still waiting and the list remains the same… ?? I never though such inefficiency in a Blood lab. ??

Booking an appointment (or simply walking in if you're able to wait) is a breeze. It's recommended to arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Upon arrival, you check in using their tablet and then patiently await your turn.
Once called, you enter a space where communication is crystal clear. The staff, comprised of two delightful ladies, exude warmth, patience, and friendliness. They prioritize your comfort throughout the process, ensuring you're at ease every step of the way.
I've always struggled with multiple needle attempts due to elusive veins, typically requiring 3 to 4 tries. However, to my amazement, they nailed it on the first attempt here!
Got the results next day!!!

I’m here to balance out the bitter reviews- I didn’t catch her name (maybe Nancy?) but the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helped me out with a walk in despite an incredibly busy waiting room. Overall pleasant experience!

Make sure you budget plenty of extra time because appointments can run over time easily - I ended up passing out 3 times during my blood draw and took up way more time than my allotted appointment slot but the phlebotomist who was running both the desk and doing the tests was absolutely amazing.

ZERO star!
I was sent here for a drug test for a new job. Showed up 10 mins before my appointment and waited almost an hour and half in the hot waiting room till my bladder started protesting. I asked the (only) employee there how much longer till my turn since the kiosk isn't working. She rolled her eyes and said she didn't know. I explained that I'm here for the urine test not blood test, only can hold my urine for so long. She answered "I don't know anything!" then slam the door.
What a shame for someone who took this job yet act so unprofessional!

As others have said. Essentially the worst quest experience I've had. Small, cramped , hot waiting room. Tremendous delays even with appointments. Staff member was friendly but obviously this location needs more help. Or to close completely.

The staff was incredibly rude, I had to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment, and the place is overall disgusting.

Place was a dump. Filthy and unprofessional. And really tired of self check in that took forever to take my id. The lady was like a robot with no personality or people skills

I had a negative experience talking to a nurse at 1180Beacon . My English is not that good and i've just asked my nurse once again about instructions to do preemployment tests. She yelled at me and it was really frustrating :(( I just thought that probably she had a bad day or something else ,so I went without saying anything. but that was little disappointing .

Go to the Beacon St location.Made an appointment for 2:50 today at the Longwood Ave location and got all the way to the office only to see a handwritten sign saying they were closed for the day. I just received a call at 4:15 letting me know the center is closed and they need to cancel, not reschedule. It’s a good thing Beacon St was in reasonable walking distance or I would have missed out on a job.
