DO NOT WORK HERE. The hiring manager the supervisors. All of them. And the staff. But mostly the staff in charge. Are inappropriate, rude. My daughter worked here and would tell me how uncomfortable they made her when she began working there. At ally of days. She would be so upset after coming home from working there. Describing how inappropriate they would speak to her and how rude the colleagues were. She also told her other friends looking for work to not work there. The company should be shut down.

The staff here was wildly impatient and unprofessional toward me. On top of a very long wait, they called me in for my appointment by an incorrect name that they assumed my given name was short for which caused confusion and nearly led to me missing my blood work appointment. When I finally got in the room, they irritably told me that they wouldn’t take me because the order came from “outside of Fenway”. This was not correct at all as the doctor who had sent over the order for blood work is a Fenway Health doctor. When I mentioned this, they still approached the situation as though this was somehow my fault. I have never been treated this rudely by medical professionals and I am incredibly disappointed in the Quest Diagnostics staff at this location.

Addressed on Boylston Street given does not exist. it is impossible to reach a live human being to ask for help on the quest helpline

This Quest IS NOT open to the public so before you end up here to get tests done, double check!
Wish Quest was more proactive and doing a better job at transparency!

This location is only for patients of Fenway Health!! ?? which is fine but they need to make that information available to ppl who need a walk-in testing center on a Saturday because there are almost none in the area!!
I called in advance to see if they take walkins. It’s the quest automated system that answers; the reply I got was yes. Waited over an hour only to see a sign when I was next in line that they only take Fenway health patients whose lab orders came from doctors in the building. I needed to have my blood drawn on a specific day of the month, so my options are extremely limited when that day falls on the weekend. Why they don’t make this more clear when you call, or when you check into the waiting list, or any number of other opportunities is beyond me. I ended up driving to Londonderry, NH, with 10 mins to spare before that quest location closed, and got my blood drawn!

Saturday 2.24.24 time: 10:45 - 12:30 She was so kind and a pro. There is always a huge wait time at Quest but is not the fault of the techs.

Nice people but seriously understaffed. The wait time for a simple blood draw was over an hour and a half yesterday morning. I could not wait.

Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!

Their hours on Google are different from what is posted on their door and they do not state on their website that they only accept lab work for patients whose doctors are in the same building.They wasted my time twice. And yes, it is on them.

DO NOT WAIT FOR A TEXT MESSAGEI checked in and opted to wait outside and be notified by text due to the 90+ minute wait. I waited for almost 2 hours, received no text, and when I returned my name had been taken off the waiting list.The team is great and facilities are fine, but I lost almost 2 hours of my time.

Waited 45 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me to be told don't service patients outside their group. You think they would post a sign or have a person at the desk so people don't waste their time since they take so long with a small wait list.
