While formerly I would have given Prime Storage in the South End a terrible rating for so many problems it would be hard to cover all, here, recently things have improved markedly and I've had pleasant experiences the last few times. It is a decently run and operated facility.

Great experience storing at Prime Storage. My college roommate had used them after our first year and highly recommended them for the great location, ease of use, and great service. When I rented two years later, her praise still rang true! The space is clean and secure, but the real gem is the staff. They are so helpful and friendly and have made the process of storing my belongings stress free. My only criticism is the opening hours can feel limited (especially if you work for most of the day), but by and large I was always able to find a time that worked, and I do know there are spaces specifically available 24 hours if you need constant access. Cannot have asked for a better experience!

Oliver was incredibly helpful in the process. We were not satisfied with the original unit but Oliver did not hesitate to do everything he could to make it right. After Oliver had helped, we are now very satisfied with our unit.

Jean/oliver was trying to help me transfer my unit due to call center miscommunication, he is doing his best to reconcile. The call center misinformed me on the price and size of my unit. I was unhappy with the unit they gave me, and Jean did the best he could to help me figure out this situation. The call center also gave me a promotion on my unit, therefore I am hoping this promotion will ultimately transfer to my new unit. I will be back tomorrow hoping everything is reconciled with Jean and his team! Great place!
