Does not respond to any inquiries whatsoever. I own my unit but I am currently renting it out. I asked them for updates on some ongoing issues , i asked them to share meeting minutes with owners, i have not received a single response. Not even a response to say no we won't be sharing that. Unprofessional, frustrating, awful. Seems like there is not a single property management company that is competent and professional. These people supposedly working for us. Getting paid by our HOA fees and can't be bothered to give a single response. Gross.

Premier is awful to work with, basic requests are ignored for weeks despite repeated follow ups and staff seem more interested in starting pedantic arguements than doing their jobs. In comparason the RMV is a joy to interact with.

I'm on the board of a condo building that Premier began managing last year. Our contact there was great and was helping us get back on our feet after a previous poor experience with a management company. However, last fall, she left Premier.Since then, the president of Premier has been "assigned" to our condo unit (until an undisclosed date that we get someone new) and we've had absolutely awful service. They are unresponsive to the vast majority of emails, have had incorrect maintenance done, has paid for unapproved work, and has stopped paying some of our bills! On top of this, it's mid February and they have taken no apparent action, despite our repeated requests, to establish a budget for 2023.Premier is putting our condo association in potential peril through their inaction.*2024 Update*It's a year later and things have, if anything, gotten worse. Our building insurance was cancelled due to inaction by Premier, until we confronted them and forced their resolution. We got the 2023 budget in early June, and we're once again past the February budget due date.I just took out the entire building's trash because the cleaning company that we've hired partially for this has not been paid by Premier for the last two months.

Completely unresponsive to communications throughout tenancy, despite countless issues arising. Most notably, my unit did not have a stove when I moved in and so I assumed the unit simply did not come with a stove. When I moved out, they proceeded to charge my security deposit $1200 to "replace stove." When I challenged this, they insisted that my unit (which I lived in for two years) DID have a stove and that I was lying. The building and unit itself were both dingy and poorly kept. There was often unaddressed garbage strewn around main stairwell. Worst place I've ever lived and most unscrupulous property management I've ever experienced. Live literally anywhere else. Horrible experience, horrible people.

Wow how do I even begin to describe the pure pile of money grubbing "insert word" company. If you are looking for a Property management company. Please make sure to add this to the bottom of your never call list.I guess the simplest way to describe them is as follows. If you require anything regarding them doing their job, you will need to email 2 to 3 times along with a voice mail for them to event acknowledge your attempt to contact, then it will be met with someone with a overwhelming tone of annoyance and how could you think your little voice is even worth my time. Then after much forcing you can get them to state they will comply with what they are contractually obligated to do and give you a date that they will never ever be on time for. This could be something as trivial as an email to the building.Now, if there is some outrageous fee or fine they can attach to said contact, they will be on it like a starving dog on bacon. Blindly fast will they issue that fee and then poof like smoke they vanish again.

My friend and I have lived together for years and we never complain, but this past year with Premier is by far the worst property management experience that we have ever had. They are quick to hang up on you, refuse to see your face when you drop off rent, did not take our leaking ceiling and now our bee infestatiom seriously and just overall make you feel like piece of garbage when you have to call in a maintenance issue.We started off our time in our apartment with a fridge full of black mold and that should have been a sign. I am counting down the days until I get to move out and leave this property management company in the past.

Absolutely awful property company. Avoid at all costs! Moved in last year and am so excited to leave. When we moved in, they did not care that we had a fridge full of black mold. They did not care when we had a large leak in the middle of our living room or a bee infestation of over 20 bees flying around our apartment. They are not efficient, respectful and lack common decency. They are slumlords.

The absolute worst property management company I have ever worked with. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, negligent, and has no consideration or care for their tenants. Premier Properties altered my lease without my knowledge after I signed it, resulting in hundreds of dollars in heating charges that I shouldn’t have been responsible for according to the lease that I signed. Still haven’t received a copy of the lease they altered (likely because they foraged my signature and didn’t want to face legal action). Please avoid this company at all costs.

The absolute worst. They bought out our building. Had been a paying tenant for 16 years and was told we had to move for renovations so they can flip the building and sell it not even a year later. Very impersonal. Uncaring people. Avoid this property management at all cost. So glad we made the move when we did.
