“Some stuff at this location makes it unnecessarily complicated. They had one of the most amazing CSR persons working there but i think he might have retired. Not too bad though, but with the USPS prices catching up to the UPS prices, the lines and complexity aren’t cool”
“Wonderful and friendly experience. I needed to purchase a shipping label to send a package to Georgia during peak hours (lunch). It was also the week before Christmas and the post office was understandably slammed. Despite that, the workers were very kind and efficient in servicing in the long line.”

201 Neponset Valley Pkwy, Hyde Park“I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and I can tell you that this has been the best USPS location I have ever frequented in a while. The people are calm, the people are nice, and they are specially very respectful. I recommend for anyone in the neighborhood to come by and visit!!!”
“Chuck was so helpful and guided me through the whole process. This was greatly appreciated as someone who is not from America and was unsure as to how everything worked!!”
“I went to this Post Office today to mail 10 plusletters and a package. Hands down the best customer service I have every had. The older gentleman was kind and got us in and out quickly. TY!!ackage.”
“the workers were respectful, patient, kind, and understanding. they allowed me to attend my passport appointment early and the whole process took less than 15 minutes.”
“This is a wonderful post office! I’ve been a customer since 1969. Postal sales associates very competent, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Easily handicapped accessible. Being open onSat 8-noon helpful.”
“Leilani and Cory are the BEST! They helped me try to figure out how to get my oversized package shipped in a very tight timeframe with a reasonable cost. They were so nice and accommodating - definitely the best service I've received at this post office, or any post office really.”

25 New Chardon St Lbby, Boston“I feel like most of these reviews are just people who had one bad experience and went here to post about it. Nobody gives a review when everything works as it should, but in fact it does most of the time.
The post office worker was friendly. Told me everything I needed to know. I shipped my package and I was in and out in 5 minutes”
“In my experience, Paula was super helpful in helping me submit my passport renewal form. Fedex had lost my passport renewal application in the mail, so I had to submit another application through USPS with expedited processing and shipping. When I met with Paula, she saw that I didn't have all my documents, and she gave very clear instructions regarding what I needed and any other specifics. I didn't realize that this USPS office doesn't take passport photos, but she directed me to the CVS across the street while also saying that once I returned with the photos, she would help me right away after I returned. The whole process took two days, mainly because of errors on my part, and the whole time, Paula was patient and calm, which helped me out a ton. Eventually got my passport two weeks later and was still able to make it on my trip. Thanks, Paula!”
“Unable to deliver pkg due to gaining entry confusion, so I called local office, within minutes my package arrived. Gentleman on the phone was pleasant, driver was extremely sweet, and everything worked out very quickly. Couldn't be happy with this local USPS.”

“I went to this location today to get new passports for my entire family. They were on-time, pleasant, professional and efficient. They made a somewhat tedious, time consuming process painless. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Highly recommend!”
“Always a pleasant experience coming to ship packages here. The employee that helps me most often is super nice and conversational contrary to every other post office I’ve been too. Always enjoy the conversation and the great attitude!”

444 E 3rd St, Boston“HOLY ATTACK OF THE KARENS ? I went there for a passport which takes a little extra time than your average post office visit and in the matter of time that I was there (15-20 mins?) the attending clerks were both treated rudely, disrespectfully and with entitled behavior by at least four different customers. One man was edging on violence. These employees legitimately need a security guard... or bouncer The internet blew up retail store Karens and it's time we call out these post office rude Karens next because NO ONE deserves the treatment that I had witnessed today. ESPECIALLY considering that ALL attendants we're QUICK, HELPFUL, WITTY AND WORKING HARD. It was uncalled for and you patrons, my NEIGHBORS - SADLY should be ashamed of yourselves. For shame.”

133 Clarendon St, Boston“I had an appointment just for a passport photo - which was quick and easy midday on a Saturday. The representative also cut out and stapled the photo to the application and double-checked everything on my renewal application. Quick, pleasant, and helpful. Thanks!”
“Some of these reviews are from people that came into the post office being absolutely ridiculous & rude.Kevon aka “The Jamaican Guy” is the most helpful employee this location has had in a while. He’s always friendly and he goes above and beyond for every customer. Anyone writing a negative review about him is simply creating a false narrative. As far as Ebony, she might be the most misunderstood employee of all. She helps everyone and tries to resolve situations before they get out of hand. The only people that discredit her are the people that have come into the office being rude and mean. These people come to this building to help out our area. We have to find better ways to deal with our anger instead of writing false reviews to bash people based off our own wrong-doings.Keep up the great work Codman! We appreciate your service !”

55 Roxbury St, Roxbury“They guy at the front with the white beard and eagle chains was helpful and knew what he was saying when he told me my package may have been stolen, I was frustrated I had been waiting in line and thought they had it therebut later I looked it up and he is probably right! I was mad cuz I thought he was tryna get through the line and I had been waiting awile, but he knew exactly and just helped me even though I kept pushin it. It seemed like they had too many people waiting which was frustrating but honestly when I thought about its a regular post office and Imma probably wait a damn minute anyway, like they was gettin cussed out by the people and still doing his job good. Ive only been there once but thank you man, hope he gets this!”
“Really nice people helped me with doing registered mail for the first time.
Fix their AC! It felt like high 80s and humid inside when it was cooler outdoors. Those poor folks were sweating buckets. Maybe there was a power outage because the ticket service was down too.”
