The fact that I can’t access the ATM after hours is an eye opener that I need to take my money out and close this account . Not being able to access my money just because the card reader on the door has been broke for months is crazy . This is not the first complaint either . If they don’t care enough to do something about the door surly my money isn’t safe and shall other problems arise there is going to be a problem trying to resolve them . Not to mention , when I called customer service to file a complaint I was asked “ what would you like me to do about it ? “ . I’m appalled but that’s ok “when business isn’t right , just find somewhere else to do business “.
Update: As of 9/12/24 @ 9:05am I’ve been told that the doors are locked and card reader doesn’t work after hours because and I quote “they don’t want the homeless sleeping and leaving there needles in there” . Definitely do not bank with them because Boston has an influx of homeless and heroine addicts . The fact that you can’t access your money because of it is a piss Poor way to do business. PNC do better

Could not access the ATM again on a Sunday because the card reader (that is supposed to allow you to access the ATM 24/7) is broken. Seeing other reviews dating back a year that were saying the same thing. Pretty surprising PNC has allowed a simple problem like this to continue for such a long time. Major inconvenience for Boston customers and motivates me to look for a bank that doesn't let BS continue like this.

PNC Bank has video tellers who can't process many transactions. Very poor service.

My husband and I went in to open a savings account. After a short wait of under 15min, we were able to talk to Julio, a member of their team, who was extremely helpful. All our questions were answered, and we were able to open the account on the spot. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The whole visit was productive, we got what we came for, all in 45min. Very nice service!

I went to the bank today and received assistance from Shawn Lawson. My experience was truly exceptional. His service was swift and highly professional, marked by human interaction and great energy. Unlike previous visits with other assistants, I felt respected throughout the appointment instead of feeling like I was under investigation or unwelcome.

This ia absolutely the worst bank ever ive been locked out of my app for 2 weeks everyday i call i get passed around to other people just to get hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME i opened it because it was a small type business banking or so i thought. And i cant get into my app but they cant help me unless i tell them a recent transaction what sense does that make? I have checks goinn in and bills going out and i have no clue whats in there because i use autopay and everytime i call it takes over an hour and i just get hung up on is rather bank with paypal what a joke

I went into this location to resolve an issue regarding a flagged account after I got married and processed a name change. With no follow-up, my account was closed and not once did an individual contact us with next step solutions. I had to contact the 1-800 telephone number to see where my funds actually went. When I called to speak to a branch manager, they informed me that they would contact me back, but I have yet to hear anything. Very unprofessional and certainly a lack of both urgency and consideration…never should anyone have to continuously reach out to just gain insight on progress of an account…

This place runs on an incredibly inefficient system. There is an associate who could be helping customers but instead this person says “hello” to people using the atm. You need an appointment, but it seems like there are only 2 people helping customers for an unknown time around lunch. Maybe once we sit here for hours things will be more efficient…I will not hold my breath.

My brother Sean passed away in November in Wilmington, DE.PNC was the bank he used.I live in Cambridge,MA.I called PNC in Boston and made an appointment.It is a small very personal bank.My appointment was with Reagan Olson, who was in from Kansas City. She could not have been more helpful.I had one more appointment with her and I was able to close my brother's Estate on that day, receive checks from his account and believe me I learned a lot from Reagan. As one does during difficult situations that are new to you.I highly recommend PNC. The other employees that greeted me on both occasions were so nice and attentive.Reagan Olson mentioned she would be returning to Boston again. It was very nice to meet her and I would highly recommend PNC.Judith????
