I had the hardest time in filling out the contact form and over and over I put the location of the store but when I tried to submit it the store name and location was gone and I am just very disappointed

Spent more than an hour in line to pick up a transfer and when I finally got to the cashier she said there is not enough money to receive. NO NOTE WAS POSTED SO PEOPLE COULD KNOW THAT SERVICE WASN'T AVAILABLE. Very frustrating. This needs new management.

If I could give the place 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with Vicky. I brought in 2 money orders I wanted to cash they were early Christmas gifts from my mother. Immediately when I presented the checks they were acting as if I was a suspicious being. The first person I dealt with walked away two times without saying a word to me. Then Vicky approached me at the window which I was being attended at. Vicky asked to see my bank transactions before cashing the money orders so I pulled up my recent transactions and handed over my phone. She pressed the back button and started scrolling through my mobile banking app. I asked her not to go through my account and she responded with “do you want me to help you or not” She then asked to see my bank statement for my checking account and started questioning my transfer between my savings and second checking, which is a huge invasion of privacy. I was certainly racially profiled too on top of that. The experience as a whole was very demeaning and embarrassing.

beyond flabbergasted with absolute disrespect I received from their store manager SILVIA the person supposed to set the example for the rest of the employees treated me with absolute disrespect obnoxiously disregarding of my needs AND job seeking opportunities. Basically denied me the opportunity with invalid excuses discouraging me to moved on forward to apply . This company does not offer " equal hiring opportunity " rather it picks and chooses and discriminates OPENLY

not a great experience,I am always having trouble in this place Customer service representatives and most of the people works there are very slow and unprofessional. I came to this place at 5:30am after I did my transfer online just to pay in the store, I am always doing this without any problems, I was waiting more than 20 minutes and Customer service representative said I have no idea how to send your money.I am not going there anymore

Wish I could give this place zero stars because it's garbage. There's only 1 employee there I know who works hard, but he rest of them is pure garbage. They pick and choose who they want to help . The only people leaving them good reviews are their friends and family. Send someone from the company to do an investigation ASAP.

I needed a money order and came here since 7*11 across the street didn't do money orders. I waited in a line that took about 30 minutes to get to the front. At the front I asked the cashier that I needed a money order. He asked for my phone number, okay. And then my date of birth and address. For a money order? He said that management requires it for all money orders. Horrible. What are you doing with my information? Save yourself the time and go to the post office down the street.

Took an exceedingly long time (1.5hrs) for only 1 check. Service is pretty slow, more fees than expected, not sure why they make you leave your phone number. If you're going to cash a personal check you'd be better off going to the issuing bank to cash it.
