Heidi G is an thoughtful and compassionate dog trainer. Definitely consider taking her classes at this Petco! She really gave us a lot of 1 on 1 attention and was constantly giving her best effort into thinking of solutions for our many problems in the puppy phase! Our puppy is coasting through basic training and we couldn’t be happier with the continued results. The classes are very affordable and very very worth it compared to other much, much more expensive options in Boston.

Very helpful gentleman in the fish section took all the time to listen to my daughter while she picked out the fish she wanted for her tank and what she already had and what kind of fish will work

I don’t know how this store wants to sell animals and birds if they don’t want to show them to people
I asked to take a look at a bird and open the cage to see him closer and one employee said no because they are closing soon (in 25 minutes) and they not quite sure where is the key from the cage
He is $1300 …nice

It's one of the pathetic stores ever. The manager is horrible and nasty, unfriendly, not only that she has a bad attitude of involving all the customers behind me. I mentioned my name and e-mail multiple times, but still, she asked me to say it out loud multiple times so that people could hear it. She did not even tell me to write the email down and play the blame game on me. I am never going there anymore and would not recommend this place to anyone cause they have attitude problems. And talk down on people creating an uncomfortable vibe for the customers. They dont even deserve a one.

As I tried to walk into the store a rude black bald woman put her hand up and stopped me saying were closed. She closed the store early. Very rude.

Overall feel like the quality of this location has gone downhill. We went regularly for the refillable cat litter, but the past 3-4 months it has been so incredibly dusty that we're concerned about our and our cats' health. We've had to buy an air purifier just to deal with the litter dust.
That combined with the rather unkempt atmosphere and absolutely miserable parking experience from the restaurant next door means this location just isn't worth the time or effort.

The place is a little dusty and in slight disrepair, and they're really scaling back the amount of live animals they have in stock, which doesn't compare well to online storefront options.
