Horrible customer service. We had a contracted pickup time for my daughter but her things were not on the truck and all the employees could say was that while it was supposed to be there they didn’t know why it wasn’t or where it was.Customer service lines, both email and phone, were closed, on this the busiest time of move-in.We still don’t know where her things are and we need to head back home, leaving our daughter to have to figure out how to get her stuff without a car and without our help.Mistakes happen, but even the airlines do a better job of fixing their errors and communicating with their customers when they lose your luggage.Avoid at all costs.

While it was convenient having them open on a Sunday- a bit better attitude can go a long way. Customer service is Key, always. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future.

So far it has been 11 days since my stuff has been dropped off. Half of the bed frame was missing and they were made aware of that. I asked to have it replaced and instead they tried to give me a bed frame that had not been tagged (probably another students whose bed frame was missing), failed to deliver it and had now stopped responding to my emails about replacing my bed frame. Also, in a box that they had packaged, they had placed my printer on top of all of my glasses, which proceeded to crush the glasses and ruin the printer due to glass shards going into it…

I would like to salute UPS for my great experience with their campus storage team this morning. I showed up at their Bay State Road pickup location before their official opening with a problem-- a friend hadn’t been able to finish packing and had an early flight, and so we needed to drop off boxes for them. James and his team quickly found my friend’s name in the system, weighed the boxes, counted them, and sent an invoice-- all in minutes. The team was friendly, professional, helpful, and incredibly efficient, allowing me to catch my bus a couple of minutes later and my friend to have their boxes stored for the summer. Grateful for James and the other gentlemen there-- especially one guy whose name I didn’t catch (but had an awesome beard) who had given me advice the previous evening. Thank you, UPS, for doing your job so well! Please pass on my regards to James and the team. (If this is the wrong business, my fault!)
