Terrible customer service experience. I received a long-sleeve shirt from my company and subsequently discovered that the sleeve was damaged. I sent photos of the obvious manufacturing defect to the company. They came back insisting on the order details, which would have required me to ask someone at the company to dig through all their historical orders. I told this to the @outdoorvoices customer service rep. They were very kind, but told me that this was company policy. I let them know that it wasn’t worth the effort and that I went from being a fan to being a disappointed customer. There are many companies (Marmot, LL Bean, REI) that offer a much better experience when a customer encounters a damaged item. It’s just not worth buying from a company that puts policy over customer satisfaction.

I have shopped at OV all over the United States and this is by far the WORST location I have ever been to. The workers were so rude and could not be bothered to help us even though we were literally the only people in the store. Such a shame!

LOVED this location! Not a local but got a chance to visit last year and was so pleased with my experience. Beautiful location and the store associate was more than helpful. Being pregnant I needed recommendations about sizing and she offered knowledge about the pieces I was interested in and how they might fit further into pregnancy. I hope to return in my lifetime! :)

I’ve never left a store before because I felt that unwelcome until here. Lost all of my interest after hearing a sales girl complain about the way I went through an unorganized bin of clearance on the ground to try to see what they had. Like, I get it; just do it out of earshot.

I love outdoor voices and was super excited to visit this store. When I walked in, no one out of the three employees greeted me and there was only one other customer there. I wasn't talked to the entire time I was there even though they saw I was holding clothes to try on. I appreciate being left alone to shop but I felt unwelcome :(

Came here a few days ago to look for shorts—I didn’t come to town prepared for a heat wave—and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful in finding what I wanted, and worked with me to find the best fit/size for me. Left extremely happy. Thank you!

Although my girlfriend and I love the OV gear, we always have a poor experience when going to this franchise. We arrived one evening around 8PM, an hour before closing. All of the lights were dimmed and the white man working there was listening to a podcast on full blast about slavery. Kind of.. odd? When asked to try on some clothing, he smiled and said, "the dressing rooms are closed," when we were the only people shopping there and the dressing rooms were all open. The curly brown haired woman who frequently works there always hides on the stairs by the desk and looks disgruntled when we ask for help. She is always gossiping with her coworkers and has a displeasing disposition. A real bummer, considering I am a frequent buyer from Outdoor Voices. PS - don't ask them if anything is in the back, because they aren't going to look.

I don't know what they're putting in this fabric that makes everything so comfortable but I can't get enough of it. Don't mind bringing my kids in because the staff are so friendly and playful with them. Just an overall great experience.

Cute store!! Love that they have a physical store here in seaport. It's a little bit hidden so you might have to look for it since it's around the corner. Love their leggings, even though it's a little pricey, it's dependable. If you're in the area, it's worth dropping by to take a look!

Walked in looking for an excercise dress. Looked through the racks and couldn't find my size. I asked a woman at the counter for my size in green and blue. She pulled out light blue and I said oh I meant dark blue and she was like oh so you meant navy. Do you want to see navy? It was pretty ridiculous how rude she was. Will NOT be back and will def be telling people about the experinece
