Had a speaker set up outside of their store on a public sidewalk, blasting awful club music at an ear-splitting volume. Demanded that they turn it down but still incredibly obnoxious behavior.

As the name of the store shows, various kinds of products which contains nuts welcome you. Though I don’t eat nuts products so often, I felt these foods were delicious and easy to eat!

We were actually visiting Boston, coming from New Jersey. Walked into this shop, started choosing the nuts we wanted to take home until we noticed something was off. We started reading observing some of their products and did some research while in the store. All of the goods and nuts available are actually imported from “Israel”. Israel, created on land confiscation, illegal settlement and dispossession, coupled with rampant discrimination, has inflicted immense suffering on Palestinians, depriving them of their basic rights. Entire Palestinian communities have been displaced by these settlements. Their homes and livelihoods have been destroyed, they’ve had restrictions enforced on their movement, access to their own water, land and other natural resources.We want governments to stop enabling the economy that keeps these illegal settlements growing and fuels the suffering of Palestinians. Governments around the world are letting goods produced in these settlements into their markets, and are allowing companies in their countries to operate in settlements. All of this helps the illegal settlements profit and thrive. Businesses like this should NOT be supported.We handed back all the nuts we chose to one of the employees and walked out. Keep in mind some of the other comments are saying that they have been lied to, workers saying it is Turkish, etc,. None of that is true. These goods are imported from stolen land. NEVER AGAIN.

Desserts and Nuts look delicious but probably because it’s imported from palestine when labeled Israel. They’re being something they’re not. Not Authentic. Wouldn’t support a business that derives food from an occupied land but label something they’re not.

I loved dipping into this delectable looking shop while walking back from work. Made my first purchase yesterday - Date Filled Rolls and Rolada Tamar Cookies to gift my hosts for a dinner that night. Opened the boxes with great anticipation after dinner to offer around and got the nastiest shock. Both items were totally stale and inedible. So embarrassing. This morning I tried to call the Nuts Factory to let them know, but the phone number listed goes into a voice mailbox that is full. I wasn't planning to write a public review but what to do. Consumers need to be warned and the management needs to pull up their socks. Sorry, Nuts Factory. I am so disappointed.

Went to the Nut Factory Saturday August 30, 2023 around 5pm. I love this store and always get my dried fruits from there. But the black girl cashier yesterday was just so unprofessional First of all her hands were filthy and she was texting on the phone the whole time I was at the counter, never even made eye contact and after she weighed my fruit she never even handed it to me just left it on the counter. I asked her if she would put the stuff in a bag for me and she said no. I don’t understand why such a nice shop would hire this type of employee. It makes me not want to go back. This person clearly doesn’t belong in a nice shop like this.

Never seen a store including all nuts stores pricing products with 1/2 a pound quantity. That was very misleading. No one was there to help with anything other than at the register. Most of the nuts weren’t crunchy because of humidity.

I did not like what I purchased, but giving the stars for variety and samples inside. Yes it is true, it is true, music is loud, and staff also doesn't know answers about the store, but I would t say that this is rude. These reviews should be read by management so they can get trained.
