This is more of a review for their sales person Grace. Went in needing new running shoes and thought the 1080s were my solution. Thanks to Grace she offered to do the 3D foot scan, knew exactly what shoe was perfect for my feet (860s) and even helped me get a wider pair which fit my feet like a glove. The entire free foam wall can be overwhelming but any shoe I asked her about, she had the answer to. Gave her advice as a runner and her experience with all the different models of shoes. In the end the 860s were the best for me.
For a flagship I wish they had more options and inventory but you can go to the outlet right down the road and they have a wide selection of clothing.

I went to the new balance store to try the Coco G1 tennis shoes. To my unpleasant surprise, I was told by one of the staff members at the store that they don’t care a lot of tennis shoes at the store that I had to go online and order the shoe.this was a huge tremendous disappointment for somebody local here at Boston to not have a flagship store caring the new balance, tennis shoes. Very frustrating experience.

I cannot even believe how friendly and helpful the workers are here. They also have such beautiful colors of the newest shoes that you will not find elsewhere. Love this store!!

THIS FLAGSHIP NEEDS TO BE SUNK!!! This place is the Bismark of the banal. A morass of bland beige, dull off-white, boring light brown with a dash of awful drab olive. It is an alleged Flagship so you would think it would have a great selection of all their wonderful products. Well you would be wrong. Needed to buy my Daughter some new cleats and turf shoes. Told we don't sell those here. Ok, it is an emergency maybe we can get some basketball shoes, needed hightops. Told "Yes, we have unisex ones but they only come in men's sizes". Ahhh, doesn't that make them men's shoes. Nevertheless the nice faux-hipster tried to find cleats online. But told they have a limited view of the inventory so no go. This is a Flagship are you not in command? The faux-hipster didn't even know the product difference between a $70 pair and $120 set; apparently they are the same. Where are you Puritan Purveyors of practicality. Locked in the brig of bad retail. Did a siren from Cali, clad in Lululemon and a fake tan seduce you into a cult of cool conformity. Or perhaps NYC hipster in extra tight skinny jeans and a beanie promised brand by bland. Nevertheless, there must be Eagles of Excellence left at NB. Break from the brig. Set forth from the Royal Ark, of New England Uniqueness, in your Swordfish of Retail Excellence. Torpedo that concrete battlecruiser of banal, bad retail. Sink this Flagship.

My 11.5 sneakers were a bit long..my new sneakers don't fit as well. Why did they change the size of the sneaker?

Honestly, I think either they hate their job or they’re just slow. Because ain’t no way it took almost an hour to find my size and still bring out the wrong one, twice!

Walked into the giant corporate building because there are no signs. The guy at the front desk told us where the store is because it seems to happen all the time. The store had an OK selection.
